Having seen this several times, I still can't decide if the writers were afraid to offend people by telling us what they stand for, or if they genuinely have no political beliefs worth mentioning. The satire of US foreign policy is hugely funny, but the rather weak lampooning of politically-engaged actors seems pointless. Making Matt Damon to be some kind of limp, stupid weakling has dated the movie as being pre-Bourne series. Would they prefer it if successful actors just took their inflated salaries and spent them on big cars, whilst paying no attention to the rest of the world? C'mon, at least give them a break for trying. I bet Tim Robbins understands more about the world outside the USA than his President does. Read More:

The best cartoon ever made.I have to say this is a classic movie,i've seen lots of funny movies but this is one of the funniest dvds that stands on my shelf rude,crude but great.I cant say there is anything in this movie i don't like lots of bad language yes but it is a funny film. .My friend loves this movie and my other friend said its the best so if someone tells you about this movie watch it.One of the best.

I fell in love with this film during the first 10 minutes of seeing it. It's hilarious yet serious at times, Parker and Stone play off each other brilliantly and this film shows their fantastic comedic brains. I can't fault this movie, it will make you laugh from start to end!

South Park have never failed to come up with great series and this may be the best one yet!!! Favorite episodes - ManBearPig, Smug Alert and The Mystery of the Urinal Deuce. Worst Episode - Stanleys Cup - almost made me cry!!!

When Trey Parker made Cannibal the Musical, he was still a student. However, the film has developed a loyal and vocal fan-base who see past it's flaws and self-indulgence whilst other people just seem puzzled by the whole thing. The subject matter, a musical based around the real life cannibalism trial of 19th century US prospector Alferd Packer, doesn't really help there. Trey Parker, along with college buddy Matt Stone who is also present here, went on to become the creators of South Park and movies such as Orgazmo and Team America. The film's popularity grew with the pair's profile which is partly why it enjoys the cult status it does today. The way the 4 DVDs are made are absolute rubbish! 1. You can't skip from scene to scene only episode to episode 2. Total lack of Special Features, no commentaries, nothing! all you can do is have foreign subtitles and look at TOTALLY POINTLESS pictures of the other DVDs in the boxset. 3. WHY THE HELL IS IT CENSORED IF IT'S ON DVD!!!!! Apart from that episodes are great but no where near as good as the newer ones. My favorite episodes would be: Trapper Keeper, 4th Grade, Fat Camp and Helen Keller: The Musical. I still find that the humor is less witty than the new episodes like Return of Chef or Christmas in Canada.
