Yes, the Star Wars cash cow is on show again presented nicely so it might win "best of breed". I suppose in a way this is George Lucas's revenge on the public, who pestered him for the original trilogy on dvd and then pestered him some more for the original original versions on dvd. My only surprise is that it doesn't say Limited Edition (yawn)

I recently bought the digitally mastered dvd of this lovely fantasy film. I haven't watched this film for a good 25 years but seeing it now was still as enjoyable than when I was 14 years old. This is a classic fantasy film that hasn't lost it's appeal as it doesn't rely on special effects which would look cheap nowadays. I am not going to write much about the content of the film itself as others before me have already done it justice. The reason why I didn't give it the full 5 stars is that there are a few scenes at the end where the remastering actually decreased the picture quality. Another Harry Potter film and just like the first 2 films this is an enjoyable film whilst being nothing special. In fact this is a little better than the its two prequels which is a reason I enjoyed it more. The story is getting darker, the young actors are getting better and this movie sucked me in more than the other two did. However, I have given it 3/5 just like I did for the other films although I was tempted to give it 4 instead. I have never read the books, so Im not one of these that bores people by saying "its not as good as the book". Enjoy it for what it is .... an enjoyable childrens films that you can happly watch with your kids.

If you love the Star Wars films you will probably love this DVD. Following the adventures stranded Humans and friendly Ewoks, this is a good combination of action and fantasy. It was made from the last popular Star Wars film as a really popular way of meeting the Ewoks and their lives and apart from being TV films it is still great and worth watching.

top three fantacy films of all time. No matter haw many are made in the future & no matter what effects they use it doesnt matter. The best here in my opinion is Legend. Love it & Im not even a kid.

All the Harry Potter films so far are on UMD discs this review centres around the porduct above. Harry has returned to Hogwarts for his fitih year but even Hogwarts is not safe with the Dark Lord back and Harry is on trial at the ministry of magic. The Minisrty are refuse to acknowlege or accept Voldermort is back and The Defense The Dark Arts lessons are not much help as a ministry member is the new teacher and she refuses to practial defense and the dark arts. Harry and his friends take matters in thier own hands and teach themselves defensive magic, Professor Umbridge take over Hogwarts and Harry and friends take the Dark Lord in a huge fight at the ministry of magic. Can Harry beat Voldermort or is the end for him and his friends.

Buyers should be aware that the DVD as released here is the censored version, as distributed over thirty years ago! The basic content / narrative remain the same, although this version loses some of the original intensity.

Having missed the TV series I bought the DVD version of the 10th kingdom & a good thing too..I could never have waited to watch each episode! I watched the whole lot in 2 days & absolutely love it. It's a witty look at what happened after 'happily ever after' & a weaves fairy tale magic with a typical storyline. Well worth watching for any fantasy fan

What a great film made even better by the fact it was made on a shoe string budget by a team with 'Big Talent'. The location (New Forest)England and story line is surreal but something about it grips you to the end, tongue in cheek, dark humour says it all and the characters - amazing what you can do with a bit of hessian and a few zips.
