great films, nice to watch as i hadn't seen them since i was a child. however, why are they all in Mono, why is 4-5 in 4:3 and not widescreen like the rest. IMO a poor version, get it together and release better quality ones

Season 3 was great! With Elaine wanting to be a mom, Ally taking prozac, John SPANKING Nelle its all hilarious, but there is the tragedy of Billy's brain tumour! Ally, though, gets more annoying (if possible!) and personally, Larry made her a little more supportable. Nelle gets more subzero and Ling gets colder and John becomes stranger. But, Elaine, my favorite character gets better and you see a good side of her in Blue Christmas and Just Friends. I recommend Seeing Green (Ally takes Prozac), Blue Christmas (Elaine wants to adopt a baby), Just Friends (Ally thinks Johns the one and Elaine is tired of her image), The Oddball Parade (Elaine and Ally audition for a contest to be Tina Turners back up singer), Boy Next Door (Billy, sadly dies), ... the excellent diagnosis murder returnsfor a second series in this dvd set. The immpecable dick van Dyke is wonderful as Dr Mark Sloan. his son Barry is Steve sloan the very lovely LAPD detective. Michael tucci, Scott Baio, and the brilliant victoria rowell all return for the second season. highlight : the last laugh, a hilarious two parter in which Mark having worked to prove a close friend didn't murder her husband with laughing gas is caught up in intruige and mayhem when he discovers that she may not in fact be as innocent as she seems. who will get the last laugh? Enjoy the brilliant second season all over aain, and again.

I'm surprised to be the first reviewer for this title as, although a Dynasty fan, I much prefer the later season's to the early 80's episodes which take place before the show really found its (crazy) groove! This is officially the third season of Dynasty, but to fans its actually the second - Dynasty didn't become Dynasty until Alexis arrived and that only happended at the start of the second series. Season 3 see's the cast expanded from being mostly family (ie. Carrington) based to included many interlopers including Krystle's leetchy first husband Mark; the butlers daughter Kirby; the return of Sammy-Jo (yay!) and the arrival of evil Adam (boo!). I am really in to magical and mythical stories and I never thought that dramas or any realistic fiction stories, but I must say that this just blew me away. It is a great drama with just the right amount of comedy mixed in. The characters are wonderful and the setting is marvelous. It is almost impossible to stop watching once you have started. It is a great mother-daughter show that is great to watch with your family.
