I watched this movie with high hopes, as a friend had recommended it to me.
I became bored very quickly, i couldnt connect with the main character at all, she seemed to be just plain wierd, and then found myself waiting for something to actually happen.
When the end credits rolled, I felt empty and wondered what the point of the film actually was.
Fair play, the acting by all was rather good, especially the main male character Joe, but thats all I can muster as far as praise for this film.
How anyone could call this "haunting, bracing and intoxicating" is beyond me, its about as riveting as watching paint dry.
