This magical remake of a remake works wonderfully, and not just because of the real-life husband and wife combination. Great direction, great editing, great acting, outstanding cinematography...yes, it's a matinee film, but it loses no points for that. Honest old-fashioned screen romance at its best - I think it's a shame it seems to have dropped off the radar. The leads are positively magnetic. (Well, it's true I find it hard to say anything bad about Annette Benning, but isn't the Pacific Isles segment truly dream-like? OK, I'm just fishing here...) Sigh...

Clean and Sober is truly a fantastic film in all aspects, it's a shame it's not credited enough, and the performances are incredible!(especially Michael Keaton!), plus Kathy Baker and Keaton had excellent chemistry together. What made me enjoy this film so much is it's realism the rehab center looked so real and Morgan Freeman felt like a real counselor, where as Keaton and Baker felt like real addicts!. The ending while I won't spoil it is very sad and heart wrenching in fact the whole film is, and one of the saddest moments for me in the film is when they let Keaton go from his real Estate Job, plus I loved the slow dance Keaton and Baker had! at the good luck graduation in Rehab. It's also a great film about the dangers that drugs and alcohol ... Read More:

jennifer aniston stars in three great but different movies. my fave would probably be the good girl, aniston has a bigger part in this film then the others, she falls in love with holden and has an affair with him, holden becomes justine's (jennifer aniston) obsesed lover, however if your looking for a happier film then i'd go for the romantic picture perfect which aniston did in 1997, she's the one (1996)is about a cab driver who falls in love with a passenger and marries her a day after meeting with her, his brother is married to jennifer aniston's charecter lovelessly and is cheating on her with cameron diaz who is his brothers x wife. this would be a great present! 3 movies to choose

Much better than most of today's contemporary TV programs, this series has depth of character and it does not lose momentum through the first season. The first DVD contains both the network version of the pilot and the extended version of the pilot. You can skip to the extended version which only has a couple of expanded scenes. I was really hoping for some of the characters in the pilot to make it into the regular episodes. I will not go through each episode so that you may have the fun of discovery. Great formula as Allison Dubois (Patricia Arquette) who has a gift since childhood of talking to the dead and getting physique vibes.
