I wasn't sure about this DVD when I first did it - I am used to the person talking directly but this had a voiceover and it moved quite quickly but once I got the hang of it I really enjoyed it! It worked me into a sweat and made me pretty tired but I'm sure that once I am a bit fitter I will enjoy it as a dance thing as well as a workout! I got used to the voiceover thing and realised that it is good that once I know the moves I can turn the voice off! I wasn't sure about rolling the head backwards in some of the moves so I just left that bit out, and I found the first bit made me quite dizzy with all the spinning and head shaking, so I just did a bit and moved on. I love this. It's one of those really great, energising, fun workouts that isn't just about getting fit..it's about dancing too and dancing your heart out pretending no one's there. You can really see that the fitness instructor and bollywood dancer Hemalayaa really loves what she is doing and when she is explaining the moves she is enthusiastic and bouncy and bubbly...that I think, rubs off on the audience making them want to do it and have fun!. It really gets your heart rate going and the sweat running. I wouldn't reccommend this for anyone who's first starting out doing dance fitness as it's rather fast and some moves take a lot of practise with the way speed of it is. I advise to watch it through a couple of times so you get it inside ... Read More:
