What a funny thrill ride this movie is! A man (Dennis Quaid) volunteers to be shrunk down to the size of a cell and injected into a rabbit. But terrorists are after this scientific breakthrough and by various hijinks he winds up being injected into the butt of a nervous grocery clerk, played by Martin Short. And that's just the beginning.

Innerspace shows Dennis Quaid at his most winning, and Short at his funniest. And of course, there's a very young Meg Ryan as their love interest. The jokes resonate with both kids and adults, and unlike most action-adventure films, the plot here is never short of ideas. And the effects are pretty neat too: as we see Quaid's character wander within the human body, we feel as much amazement and ... Read More:

My sister and I are reviewing this film as it is definetley one of our favourites.First is that anyone I know who has seen this film cannot help quoting from it comments such as "this is walter" and "what is that Slavic?".

What makes this film remarkable is that Tom Hanks leads the film and it is just not a Tom Hanks film. There is no message of hope no triumph of decent Americans.on the contrary this is a film that celebrates fear of strangers/foreigners and extols the virtue of snooping. What I find slightly annoying is that Rick Duccomon (Art aka Tuna-Neck) has been in so little since (I think he was in the lamentable California Man and Gremlins 2 but that is it). This is a tragedy as Rick's performance is a revelation especially his ... Read More:

You'll understand the title from watching the movie (I hope)!

At first I wasn't really geared up to watch this movie, my 10 year old daughter wanted to see it and, well, as dad's do, I didn't want to disappoint her, so we hired it.

...and I loved it!

It's a very clever movie with a strong cast (check out the end credits for the whole list), all of whom put in believable performances for their roles (even Denis Leary was top notch as the tough, morally bankrupt boss, which surprised me as I'd only seen him do stand-up previously).

The story revolves around 2 sets of action toys which become 'alive', with one set (the Commando Elite) being the ruthless, sworn enemy of the other (the Gorganites) the kind-hearted peacable ... Read More:

This is the best animated movie ever!
The effects are amazingly good
and it's full with 10/10
jokes! Very good acting
and a strong, good storyline!
The evil charcter makes you
laugh your ass off and
is good for
old and young!

It's basicly about this spy's son
(stuck with daphy after daphy was fired with
his low popularity) He must find the blue monkey
before the evil gut turns the world into
monkey!

GREAT AND IS RECCOMENDED!!

FUN FOR
EVERYONE

Cigarette Burns: Just plain boring, rubbish plot and unsatisfactory ending.

Dreams in the Witch-House: Not seen this one yet so cannot judge.

Incident On and Off A Mountain Road: Really, really good! Just...great! I loved this one and the ending was just 'wow'.

Chocolate: Kinda 'meh', doesn't do much but the flashback narrative is well done.

Sick Girl: Accurately portrays how awkward homosexual relationships are sometimes! Plus there's not too much 'bug-i-ness' for those who are arachnophobic. The actress who played Ida was spot on and was the one woman in the series who didn't get her breasts out, which makes her all the better! There was a point where I just wanted to see what would happen with them and their lives rather than ... Read More:

Two friends go missing, and private investigator Maggie McKeown (Heather Menzies) is assigned to track them down. After searching with no luck, her trail leads her to Paul Grogan, (Bradford Dillman) a recluse living up in the mountains. He tells her that the only way people would be up there is if they were swept away to a nearby damn. They pack up and head over to the damn, which also houses a secret military base. Breaking and entering, the two discover that the supposed closed facility is still operational. After getting away from a guard, they accidentally throw a switch, draining a pool in the middle of the facility into the river. Later, they discover that the pool housed a giant swarm of mutated piranha, which the military created for use in Vietnam and kept in the facility when ... Read More:
