I agree with the previous comment. I find it hard to believe that this could be issued, as the quality is totally abysmal. I enjoyed the movie on TV, but when it came to watching it on this DVD it was a total disappointment. Are the later issues from a different copy?

Treat Williams plays against type-cast as Alan Masters who virtually owns the City Police Force, all except Det.Sgt Jack Reed,played again by Brian Dennehy who has rarely make a bad movie in a long career.He becomes obsessed with getting the goods on Masters, who treats his naive new wife-Embeth Davidtz-like something he trod in and lets him know HE at least cannot be bought. I don't want to give anything away, this could be condensed into an hour and a half film though.
