I would give this 4 1/2 stars if i could. I agree it is not as good as the others, because (as has been mentioned) most of the characters are not as strong as previous seasons. This storyline also contains the most implausable, ridiculous plotline of all the seasons. 24 has always had plotlines which borderline on unbelievable but we let them off because the show is that good. I think we should also let them off here too because the season is great, however there is just too much "oh come off it!!" about this one storyline that you never really forget how silly this is. As the title says, what more could you ask for, the full complete 24 seasons 1-6 in it's entirety, every episode is packed with explosive action and interesting facts, Life for CTU Agent Jack Bauer is never dull, and hold on tight for the ride of your life, I couldn't of asked for a better Boxset collection, I also love the casing it came in, plus the individual casings for the CD's, I dunno why so many people are complaining about it, Overall if you are a fan of the 24 series then this is a must!, for just over £100 its a bargin considering you'd probably pay double that and more for buying it in a shop, only let down wish there was more features, maybe a full length featurette and outtakes, but overall I am so glad I bought this, it will forever ... For some reason this is probably my least favourite season but nevertheless it is still absolutely fantastic. There are some epic moments and episodes here that i would consider my absolute favourites but something just relegates it below the others, i don't know what it is, maybe the bad guy isn't up scratch, either way saying this is my least favourite is hardly an insult. Top stuff and Jacks rawest ever moment is in this series.

24 came back and this time we have a bigger threat, a bigger bad guy and even bigger episodes. I love this season, i always get extra excited when i put the first disc in. The writers always think of fantastic new moments to put in their series and this has loads. As usual you need to overlook the fact that all the big events happen in the hour and that everywhere is within 10 minutes of everywhere but look past that and you will have an amazing time. If you thought that 3 was not as good as the first two then rest assured that this definately is.

I had not watched 24 on TV at all, but bought the set on the recommendation of a friend. I love it-the set allows you to see the development of the characters especially Jack Bauer. Obviously there are some aspects that are a little far-fetched, but generally it is a well scripted, well acted and gripping series. I planned to watch one episode a night - but be warned, this is addictive, and will dominate your free time!! A couple of comments: CTU must be the most infiltrated security organisation ever, and ........why would ANYONE from CTU get into a car to go back to CTU headquarters- almost every episode has people being kidnapped by fake CTU agents when they should simply be driving back to CTU. I took a risk and purchased this dvd boxset having never before seen even a single episode, but WOW how it paid off! This is television at its best- every episode is completely gripping and looks as though it has a budget comparable to that of a movie (i.e. with matrix style camera tricks). While the concept of a central character with a paranormal advantage over others isn't much of a blindingly-original a theme, this is very much above the average.
