Reasons why this is a bad film:

1. The acting. Bergin's idea of obsessive / scary is to whisper his lines and open his eyes wide. A pine table could easily have replaced Roberts because she is so wooden. And Anderson is creepier and more threatening than the nasty husband; for long stretches of this movie he is the one who is stalking Roberts' character.

2. The direction. Flat, uninspiring and obvious. The film is replete with sign-posted `shocks' and even manages a half-hearted false ending / not-really-dead moment.

3. The script. Packed with lines like `My wife can't swim but I'm sure I can persuade her to join us on a trip on your boat in a storm.' We also get to see Roberts planning her escape ... Read More:

Julianne Moore normally annoys the hell out of me, and she did for the first half of this film where she seemed to be a total nutcase. But soon after i began to feel totally sorry for her. And this film started to grow on me at a powerfully fast level. I even shed a tear at the end. Recommended!

This film is about whether 2 friends will go back to Malaysia to save their friend's life who is set to be hung for possessing drugs that they all were responsible for. If they go back they save him yet have to spend 3 years each in a Malaysian prison.

The film is really thought provoking about what would you do yourself. Its a film about human nature and I found it really enjoyable while being uncomfortable to watch in parts. As someone else said here the content will stay with me for a long time.

Well worth a watch!!!

Wesley and Woody play two brothers (!) who work as transit cops. Woody's a gambling junkie with a huge debt on his back while Wesley plays the straight man who's getting a little tired of constantly having to bail his brother out. Desperate, Woody plans to hijack the Money Train that rides along to each station, collecting the night's collections. Folks, believe me when I tell you that it actually gets more ridiculous. Add to the mix a pyromaniac token booth bandit, Jennifer Lopez, Robert Blake in a performance so hammy that you can almost smell the bacon coming from your tv, action sequences that are unabashedly ridiculous and you have yourself... Money Train. My favorite moment comes when Robert Blake, after having been informed of the possibility of civilian casualties ... Read More:

I absolutley loved this movie, it is one of the best horror/thrillers I have seen for a long time. Macaulay Culkin is great as the cute-but-evil Henry as is Elijah Wood as Mark, the protagonist. I thought they both did a great job as portraying beleivable charactors (especially considering that they were six years too young to legally watch their own movie).

The plot of the movie is very consistant and goes not slow down or drag in places and some of the scenes are very suspenceful, particularly the scene where Henry is pointing a nail-gun toward a cat and we dont know if he is going to kill it.

I was very surprised that this movie was rated 18 as there is no sex or violence at all and only one swear (the F word) so I would say this movie is probably ok for ... Read More:
