Ok i'll admit, i didn't watch this when it aired on TV - had all intentions of doing so though, but just never did. God did i miss out, i seen the end of an episode from season 2 on E4 the other day - i was glued. Obviously didn't know who was who and what was what but it was great from the 10 mins i did see. I already like Calista Flockhart from Ally McBeal (One of my favourite US series EVER - Brothers and Sisters now being next on the list) and i also liked Sally Field from Mrs. Doubtfire and E.R and she plays a fantastic part as Nora - for what i have seen, i only bought it the other day. I have watched some more and i am hooked, it is realistic, genuine, funny, and dramatic - all in all GREAT! Read More:

Having been addicted to the brilliant Alias on DVD since picking up S1 a few months ago, I was both saddened and excited to begin my journey into the final season. Season 5 is plagued by some major production problems, all of which are obvious from the moment you start watching: (1) Jennifer Garner is pregnant, and thus doesn't get so many fight scenes. The story was very obviously rewritten around her pregnancy, but to their credit the writers didn't try to hide her baby-tummy, instead they made Sydney Bristow pregnant as part of the story. But they also were forced to shoe-horn in two new agents to take up the slack. (2) Some of the actors weren't around to partake in the final series very much, and were very awkwardly written ... not the great show that it used to be. the plot has now run dry and most of the episodes here are truely dissappointing. see here- APO-2/5 APO(2)-2/5 the awful truth-2/5 ice-2/5 welcome to liberty village-2/5 nocturne-1/5 detente-2/5 echoes-3/5 a man of his word-3/5 the index-3/5 the road home-1/5 the orphan-2/5 Tuesday-4/5 nightingale-2/5 pandoras box-2/5 another mister sloane-3/5 a clean consciense-1/5 mirage-2/5 in dreams...-3/5 the descent-4/5 search and rescue-4/5-the best episode of the season. before the flood-1/5-awful finale. dont bother really.

this season has so much more drama then the first season. it was sooooo funny at so many levels. this series made me cry and laugh at the same time. if you liked the first season theres no doubt about it that you are going to love this one. there's two weddings, one divorce, birthday party and lots of romance. this reminds me of my family a lot of chaos but fun. the last episode has a great twist to it but cant say that i didnt see it coming because brothers and sisters always has great twists and turn. cant wait for the third season to be aired.
