If you're after saving some space on the shelf and a little bit of cash over buying the individual releases then this is what you want. The packaging is a competent fold out digipack style. The films themselves look excellent in High Def. Some people say there's not much improvement over the recent UEs. However the extra detail is apparent, of course it is. There's only so much upscaling DVDs can get you. The set is encoded for regions A,B,C.

Collecting the four movies featuring `official' Bond number five, Pierce Brosnan: Goldeneye: Pierce Brosnan and Martin Campbell (director of the BBC's classic eco-thriller Edge Of Darkness) brought the Bond series back from the brink with this formulaic but rewarding effort, both a homage to, and an updating of, the old formula. Brosnan, in his debut as Bond, tries his hardest to flesh out the character, whilst Sean Bean is good value as the villain. This is the side of New Zealand that you probably would never see. A sad story and some dark humour mingled with the real issues the film tackles

Please if you're even considering buying this film...DON'T!! It's absolutely awful. Firstly the plot is pathetic to begin with. A guy that can see 2 minutes into the future? how the hell does that work. The sheer mechanics of how a guy would think of every outcome within the next 2 minutes that could possibly happen sends my head spinning. As for the ending...my god. I almost died of laughter at how bad it was. Turns out everything you watched was all a dream of his, predicting the future. But I thought he only saw 2 minutes into the future?!?!?! The film breaks its own rules. It's utterly awful. Surely everyone making this film knew it was total crap right?? Die Another Day was surprisingly impressive first time round but doesn't hold up well to a second viewing for a number of reasons. The pre-title sequence is particularly strong, and the film is plot-led with a good premise that it explores far more effectively than License to Kill - Bond screws up, gets captured and finds his license to kill revoked and has to go it alone. But to many wrong choices are made in the casting of those both in front of and behind the cameras to do it full justice. Brosnan is certainly a major problem here, getting lazier in the role far sooner than his predecessors. He takes too much for granted and doesn't seem to be putting much effort into it in the assumption that he's got it down pat, when in reality he's starting to go to seed - certainly he ... This little gem has everything , I rarely watch movies twice but this i can see over and over again ( you get something more every time you watch it ) a perfect mix of adventure/plot and moral messages with twists from start to finish

Ice Cube is efficient in the role played by Vin Diesel in the first xXx film and the action and fight sequences are good but this is standard action fare and you will have to suspend your disbelief at times.
