Ok i'll admit, i didn't watch this when it aired on TV - had all intentions of doing so though, but just never did.

God did i miss out, i seen the end of an episode from season 2 on E4 the other day - i was glued. Obviously didn't know who was who and what was what but it was great from the 10 mins i did see.

I already like Calista Flockhart from Ally McBeal (One of my favourite US series EVER - Brothers and Sisters now being next on the list) and i also liked Sally Field from Mrs. Doubtfire and E.R and she plays a fantastic part as Nora - for what i have seen, i only bought it the other day.

I have watched some more and i am hooked, it is realistic, genuine, funny, and dramatic - all in all GREAT!

this season has so much more drama then the first season. it was sooooo funny at so many levels. this series made me cry and laugh at the same time. if you liked the first season theres no doubt about it that you are going to love this one. there's two weddings, one divorce, birthday party and lots of romance. this reminds me of my family a lot of chaos but fun. the last episode has a great twist to it but cant say that i didnt see it coming because brothers and sisters always has great twists and turn. cant wait for the third season to be aired.

Season 3 was great! With Elaine wanting to be a mom, Ally taking prozac, John SPANKING Nelle its all hilarious, but there is the tragedy of Billy's brain tumour! Ally, though, gets more annoying (if possible!) and personally, Larry made her a little more supportable. Nelle gets more subzero and Ling gets colder and John becomes stranger. But, Elaine, my favorite character gets better and you see a good side of her in Blue Christmas and Just Friends. I recommend Seeing Green (Ally takes Prozac), Blue Christmas (Elaine wants to adopt a baby), Just Friends (Ally thinks Johns the one and Elaine is tired of her image), The Oddball Parade (Elaine and Ally audition for a contest to be Tina Turners back up singer), Boy Next Door (Billy, sadly dies), Hope ... finally getting better than the previous three years.
paige is a fantastic addition to the show...although prue is missed rose mcgowen adds the 'charm'.
alyssa is 'again' on top form and steals all of the scenes.
piper doesn't feel right as the eldest sister but it allows for more teamwork.
long live the queen is the best episode of season four along with charmed and dangerous and charmed again pts 1 and 2.
hell hath no fury is also a slick episode.

Very watchable especially for Ally McBeal fans of the series. Better than the soap operas we now have on TV - the characters are fresher, cleaner and more inspiring than the gloomy cast of down and outs in English 'soaps'. A few later episodes in this series become boring with added excessive shouting/arguing which spoils the style of 'Ally McBeal'. This multiple CD set prepares one for the next season of quirky characters who compliment each other well in the serious setting of a law firm, with occasional (surreal) flights of fancy.

this classic film, is a cult comedy of the seventies. very enjoyable to watch from start to finish. combined with an excellent seventies soundtrack with artists such as rose royce, makes it a worthwhile step back in time. although dated in its seventies style especially with serious afros, it still provides humour and entertainment that is dateless in this present day.
thoroughly enjoyable and definately a classic item to have in my film collection !

I first watched this film when i was about 8 years old and thought it was amazing! My three older brothers loved it and saw it as a classic that would stand the test of time, and i'm telling you, they were right! Im now 23 and actually configured my dvd player just so i could buy this american dvd, the biggest shame is that it is not available to buy in this country!

If you are a true lover of 80s movies and appreciate that it was an era full of cheese, classic tunes and crappy dialogue, then and only then can you fully enjoy such a film! There is no point comparing it to films from nowadays becuase there is nothing out there like it! The soundtrack is too good and takes me back to when i was a child, maybe i love this film because i grew up with it, ... Read More:
