It's only recently that i've seen Muriel's wedding, and i loved it to bits from start to finish. Its basically about a misfit Abba loving geek in her twenties that is going nowhere in life, but dreams of getting married one day, her popular friends have dumped her and it seems it's over for her until she meets Rhonda, and it takes off from there, they soon become best friends and find that they both have plenty in common, but the fun doesn't last long, Rhonda gets confined to a wheelchair due to the discovery that she has cancer, but things are still looking up for Muriel as she will soon be having a `fake' marriage to help a world champion, super fit swimmer win. This is a great film, funny, girly, a little bit mean at times, but great. I have to say that Rupert Everett totally steals this film from Julia Roberts and co. He is wonderful!! The scene where they are all sat at the table, and they start singing Arethas' 'Say A Little Prayer' is an absolute classic, and has me in stitches!! He is so dry and acerbic, and so very funny. I want him for my friend!! Julia Roberts, is of course, excellent, as are Cameron Diaz and Dermot Mulroney, but for me, it is definitely Ruperts' film!! I love it.

Peter is very lucky because he can fly about all day and make Captain Hook's life a misery. I bought the American version of this also because there is a scene cut out of the UK version. This is the scene where Hook and Peter are in the Black Castle. I read this on the Internet a few days ago and then bought the US version. It has arrive today and works okay. Both films are excellent,UK and the US version.

I just watched this movie on Film4 on the TV and it was brilliant! so fantastic I just came straight on to Amazon to buy the DVD. Funny (hilariously so in places) heart-warming and the acting is superb. Cathy Bates shines and the gorgeous Rupert Everett is as gorgeous as ever! BUY IT!
