You dont have to be Gay or `Straight' to watch this SUPPERB film !! It is a classic. Oh..... so funny, moving and tragic. All the cast need to be mentioned as they all shine in their individual roles. Harvey, as Arnold, is just fantastic and Anne Bancroft as his Jewish mother, trying to get him married off......... to a woman !! is awesome. Anne plays a jewish mother with campness !!! An excellent film. The best part for me, is when he goes down to colleage, where his adopted son attends in his dressing gown and rabbit slippers !!! For those who have never heard of this film and wish to give it ago, remember it is from a Broadway Play, written by the main actor in the film, Harvey, so at the beginning, you will ... Read More:
