I bought this because it would save me space. It's the size of a normal DVD box, feels great and looks slick.

The DVD's in themselve are great as everyone knows. A fourth? It might be in the pipeline but wasn't written by the guy who wrote the original books.

The story as it goes in brief if you haven't already discovered. Bourne is an agent for the US government. Sent to do a job which goes array. He losses his memory and from the beginning of the first film, Bourne tries to recall who he is and tries to work out his memories.

The plot starts in the Med. and takes us on a rollercoaster of a ride. Visiting all the big hitters in Europe. France, Germany, England to the USA for a grand finale.

Thoroughly enjoyed this third in the series. Only wish there was a 4th, 5th and more. Bourne is the underdog with the edge over his pursuers, and they continually underestimate him. Typically. Only film I'd maybe rate this against is US Marshalls, with Tommy Lee Jones and Wesley Snipes, but Bourne is better, by far.

James Bond is for children. Jason Bourne is for adults with childish fantasies of being a secret agent. All the Bourne movies are fantastic entertainment even though Matt Damon looks like he is about to drop a load in his trousers at any time. Wholeheartedly recommended.
8/10.

The title says it all. I bought this dvd from Amazon directly as new. However the dvd received from Amazon (note: not marketplace) is clearly scratched, the cover is worn and the thin plastic is torn in places.

To put it mildly, I'm not impressed with Amazon regarding this.

This is a gripping piece of cinema that it is very involving and very sad. It's hard to watch some scenes and it really is an extremely emotional film, and one that presents a side of the event that is sometimes overlooked - namely the lives of the people involved.

I saw this movie 3 times when it was in the cinema, and have watched it twice since I bought the DVD.

We all know what happened that day, we all know what time it happened, we all know how many died, what we don't know is what these people went through in the last moments of their lives.

Created from telephone conversations made by the passengers to their loved ones and radio communications between the aircraft and the ATC, this movie is guaranteed to touch the heart of anyone who watches it.

Although we don't know the exact actions of the passengers and hijackers on board United 93 that day, this film is as close as we will ever get. It sucks you in and at every stage, you feel the fear the passengers felt, the stress ... Read More:

An absolutely ripping yarn from start to finish. Are they 1, 2 and 3 in the rankings of the action/adventure genre, or are they so exceptional they define their own category? Genuinely intelligent films, the Bourne movies make a ludicrous and infeasibly convoluted plot disturbingly convincing and utterly compelling. Criticism is possible, but frankly not worth the effort: well done to everyone involved.

If you don't enjoy these films, you must be a very unusual sort of individual.

Just to say I love this film and have it on DVD and HDDVD. Anyone who hasn't seen the Bourne Trilogy needs to get themselves a copy of all 3 to rent - and don't blame me if you end up buying the boxset!

DVD : The Ultimate Bourne Collection - Limited Edition (Bourne Identity/Supremacy/Ultimatum) [2002]
The Jason Bourne films are, in my opinion, amongst the best films ever made. Certainly in terms of action thrillers, there is nothing to compare them with. Where the Matrix tried to be too clever and lost its universal appeal, and Bond has never been clever enough, Bourne's adventures can be enjoyed on all sorts of levels. If you want spectacularly put together chases and combat, which whilst outrageous at times never stray to the cartoon-style lengths that characterise, for instance, Die Hard, then they are here. If you want a character who is at once superhuman and yet totally human, you have Matt Damon in superb form as Jason Bourne. If you want an excellent supporting cast, then simply look down the list and the names are all there. If you want lovely photography, ... Read More:
