So the first two series were great. The radio series was great. They had energy, origionality, verve, were set in a world outside of our own. They had an awkward hero in Howard Moon that we could all laugh at and yet root for. Characters like Bob Fossil, Charlie, Old Greg and Milky Joe populated a world that was rarely not funny, interesting or different. Series 3: Set in Camden, staring NOEL FEILDING!!!!!!!!.... oh yeah, and julien barrat... sort of. The bumbling hero is now the sidekick. all the old characters are re-run and the jokes are largely re-cycled, take crimping. Boosh is definitely one of those polarising comedy shows - the sort of thing your parents would briefly ponder with confused bewilderment, before declaring it "queer" and switching over to watch "Only Fools & Horses" series 159 on UKGoldSilverBronze+3 (oh Delboy! You're such a cheeky rogue, with your falling-through-an-open-bar antics!). On the other hand, because of the near-ridiculous level of devotion layered onto it by the horde of fanatical adherents, there is a danger that it could be over-hyped beyond any level of expectation that it could ever hope to fulfil. For some reason this is probably my least favourite season but nevertheless it is still absolutely fantastic. There are some epic moments and episodes here that i would consider my absolute favourites but something just relegates it below the others, i don't know what it is, maybe the bad guy isn't up scratch, either way saying this is my least favourite is hardly an insult. Top stuff and Jacks rawest ever moment is in this series.

This is the perfect bedtime companion, escapism at the max, loved it and never tire at watching the fabulous mighty boosh! Cheers guys for all the happy moments! Want to go to a club where people pee on each other?!!!

I heard Bob Mortimer describe the Mighty Boosh's comedy as "joyous" and immediately realised that thats what makes it SO good. You're just watching naturally funny people on the same wavelength having a laugh, with some surreal plots and crazy costumes thrown in...and its the best comedy you'll ever see.

9 and 1/2 Weeks is a good movie made by a great director. Showgirls is a silly, fun movie. Wild Orchid is easily the worst movie i have ever seen. No joke. It is laugh out loud bad. As a M.Rourke and a 9 1/2 weeks fan I am astonished that Rourke and the once famous Jacqueline Bisset (Bullitt- S.McQueen) appeared in this soft porn, badly made movie. Director Zalman King's should have been arrested for crimes against Cinema-goers after the movie's release. Rourke stars as an aloof gazillionaire named Wheeler who longs for the human touch. Carre Otis is Emily,a naive,virginal American high-flying Lawyer who knows six languages (but can't act) and Jacqueline Bisset is Emily's scheming mother Claudia. Before buying this UMD, I had never even heard of the Mighty Boosh. This was the first UMD I ever bought, and at such a low price, I couldn't have complained even if I didn't like it. It turned out however, that I grew to love it, watching Howard and Vince (The geezer with the fabulous hairdo) go on strange yet wonderful adventures that get them into all sorts of hilarious situations.
