The first Rambo is really good. Its original and Sly actually does some good acting. The other two are typical sequals RubbisH. Just buy yourself the Rambo 1. Poor on Extra features aswell.

First: It is Blu-Ray and not a cheap copy of the DVD. From movie to movie it gets even better. The sound is well mixed. That means that you are not pushed from your seats when explosions occur. The balance between speach and effects is perfect. Except of the fourth part "John Rambo" you have nearly no extras. Only one interview with Sly, but this is worth a look. Of course there are no cuts. You can enjoy the complete movies. This is interesting for german costumers. They also find the uncut german-version on this. Very nice. Good quality, price is fair. Clear recommandation!

The script digs without shame in P.C.Wren's novels about the FFL, boxing and adventure... AND THIS IS FOR THE BEST! The cast is very good... and I agree with other reviewers that this one is possibly the best ever subdued performance by Jean Claude Van Damme... a pity it flopped... but that is a very good reason to give it a second chance in your DVD... A ripping good yarn (old fashioned and retro would apply easily to it). Of course there is the little setback of seen the brown uniforms of the LEGION (post 1918) instead of the cinema popular Blue overcoats over White unforms (IN A WAY "THE LEGION UNIFORM"...)... see MARCH OR DIE where they wisely (but erroneoulsly) did in color (splendid) uniform a unit in obsolete ... This is my favourite Series of Teachers. With Simon (the main character) now taking a backseat, this series allows the other characters to develop. Most notibly Brian & Kirk, who are like a Morecombe & Wise double-act, getting the most laughs from this series.
