I have been using this dvd for a few months now. There are two programmes totalling around 35mins. Moves are well explained and easy to follow, good for beginners and those with a bit more experience. My only quibble, and the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is that, in the second workout, on a couple of occasions when Lucy says, 'try to repeat this (move) between 5 and 10 times' she barely gives enough time to do 2 or 3. In spite of this I wpuld still recommend it.

I'm sure that this DVD will help tone & weight loss but, oh dear!, it's way too slow. Probably better for beginners or someone looking for an exercise that gives the feel good factor without needing to concentrate too hard. Like someone else I got bored with the music. Glad Amazon gives you the opportunity to rent before buying.

This is another great Gymball title brought out by Lucy Knight. The DVD focus's on Fat Burning and Toning Legs, Stomach and Bums. Lucy speaks very clearly through the programme, which make it easy to follow. I felt I was able to work out at my pace, as with some DVD's they go far to fast for you and I loose what I am doing. I look forward to the next dvd that lucy adds to her series
