I have been researching Tai Chi and its many forms for a while trying to find which would be the best and most suited to me as I suffer from lack of concentration and find it very difficult to relax.

I have tried many DVD's and found Rupert's to be the most informative, relaxing, easy to follow plus it manages to keep your attention through all chapters.

I would highly recommend this to anyone considering this art form

This is one title in my martai arts Dvd collection that I am happy to
recommend. It flows as with the tai chi form and emphasises points for
further practice such as the turning spins and kicks.

I specially like the way that the different levels of the form build up,
where each picture of the form is shown 4 or 5 times - also from different
angles and on different locations. I found the application section very
interesting as it gives one or more examples of how the movements of the
form can be applied in selfdefense.

Although the form is standrd yang style the total aesthetic and the
wonderful Music from Paul Horn keeps me fascinated and still discovering new

I am a newcomer to Tai Chi and am not able to get to a class in my area. I have searched various DVDs looking for instruction and help. None were easy for me and I found myself losing confidence. UNTIL I found this and now I am totally inspired and feel I will be able to learn a tremendous amount from Rupert's DVDs!
Exquisitely produced and filmed, these vidoes are just beautiful to watch .... and calming .... and they certainly inspire you to learn.
