I just watched Blade Trinity again, and again it shows just how brilliant the first two films were. Wesley Snipes is perfect as Blade and both of the first films have some of the best fighting scenes in this type of film. Trinity, I'm afraid is a poor imitation of the first two. A shame but still five stars overall.

This film isnt offensive nor is it the best thing to come out since sliced bread. The story is well written and the cast list is impressive, the graphics arent out of this world but for this picture they are well suited. ITs a pleasent way to spend a few extra hours, you dont need to concentrate hard, spot the hidden meaning its just a good plain honest fantasy action movie with some of the worlds most infamous characters all in one place.

After just watching Matrix I was expecting another load of nonsense from this film. Another Sci-fi. However I was pleasantly suprised, and from that day on the original Blade has been and still is my all time fave film. Wesley Snipes is simply brilliant in this, I've never seen a cooler character than Blade. From his cool sword moves to his funny sarcastic comments "You've met Mr Crispy at the Hospital, what do YOU think!". In a way I think that Blade is slightly under-rated, however that's not necessarily a bad thing, who knows, if Blade had been more successful the sequels might not have been as good! I've re-watched all Blade films to the point that I've learnt some russian sentences. And to anyone thinking of purchasing ... Read More:

Blade is an exelent film and is one of the bets action films iverw seen in a long time! (it really comes into the category of horror but it isnt scary) There is asurprisingly large amount of blood in this, which is one of the reasons i like this film! The cast is good too and Westley Snipes acts at his best i this (and probably the sequel too)! There is abit of adebate over weather this is betetr than the sequel, i cant make my mind up but i know that most people think that the sequels better! This gfilm also has some exelent fight scenes and the special effects are btrilliant even by todays standards! A must own for peoplw with a PSP!!!!!!!!!!1

I agree with the previous reviewer-who summed up this movie excellently. It's not big budget, it is mocking of the genre e.g. One of the characters is called Scott Ridley - not Ridley Scott, if you want your scfi/horror without humour then may be you should skip this but you would be missing a nice little flick with several good moments. Yes there are some plot holes, just about every film has them yet some how the lower budget films get most flack for them. Brad Dourif once again shows just how watchable he is as the computer geek with an interface problem, in the end I felt sorry for the villain! The rest of the largely unknown cast do well enough, as does a strong female lead. Don't take it too serious, relax and enjoy.

Lets make this simple. If you want a film to think long and hard about, this is not the film for you. If you want a serious, well scripted film, this is not the film for you. However, if you just want to watch somthing with action, adventure, and a fair helping of cheese that you dont have to think about then you would probably enjoy this. It's a fun film as long as you dont take it seriously.

I am sure that we have all seen the film. What you and I would like to know is; is this version Worthing buying? I would say Yes & No. Yes: If you like the outer case coming in steel which looks very cool, then I would buy this version otherwise.... No: It offers nothing more that past DVD version have offered and in fact this version offers a lot less for your money. I would highly recommend you look at the Special Edition instead! The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen Special Edition offers 2 discs I would HIGHLY recommend that unless you like the steel case this version is a much better value for your money to buy.
