hey the up in smoke tour has been said to be the biggiest and bestest hip hop show to be shown and captured on film and oh my god was the reviews right this amazing hip hop concert was shot in 2001 and feautires the rappers ice cube, Eminem, Dr Dre and snoop dogg with apprences from xzibit nate dogg D-12 and devin the dude this awsome event took place in boston and all kicks of with ice cube and the westside connection and then eminem appers after ice cube with hardcore songs from his slim shady and marshal mathers albums as well as his part in the Notorious Big song dead wrong and rellly hots up the concert but the flame is relly lit when dr dre and snoop dogg kicks it all up with songs from dre's 2001 albu and with classics from his the chronic ... This DVD is extremely well presented and packaged. The concert and backstage footage is fantastic quality and the audio is also fantastic. I bought this item as I went to the concert and watching it again is like going to the concert all over again. Its a 2 disc DVD with great bonus features and extras. I cant stress enough how much I have enjoyed watching this over and over and over again. You will not be dissappointed. For those of you who missed the tour, this DVD will give you a good insight to what it is to see Da Boss doing his thing. A must have buy!!

The quality of this bluray was more like upscaled DVD, I was really disappointed! The music was good but the surround sound let it down. Ill let him off slightly as it was filmed when Bluray wasnt really that big but really it should be better! Just buy the dvd.

I bought this dvd as I have been into rap music since 1995. I just had buy it as my favourite rappers are on this. There is plenty to enjoy as Ice Cube kicks off the concert, then Eminem continues the assault to the senses and Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg are the main event. The only disappointment of this concert was Guilty Conscience was missing. This also has a 10 minute interview with Dr. Dre and behind the scenes segments of what they got up to. If you like rap or just have a passing intrest you need to watch the biggest live event in rap history. this dvd is pretty good, it 70 mins long and features footage from the 1994-1999 awards, it has loads of live peformances by dmx, busta and flipmode, cash money, wu tang(with ol'dirty) among others, rappers giving awards to other rappers etc and a long perfomance by notorious BIG, junior mafia and puff daddy doing various tunes which is dope as hell, little interview with biggie, xzibit and snoop dogg doing "bitch please" which is totally awesome, the death row camp of 95/96 with dre, snoop, dogg pound and more, you get to see snoop dissing the crowds when he gets booed, this was around the time of the whole east coast/west coast badboy death row biggie and 2pac drama,suge knight dissing puffy and bad boy on stage, bad boy and death row on the same stage, also a dope 2PAC ...
