The Ultimate DVD Karaoke Party 2008 - 60 Songs - From Zoom Karaoke New for Christmas 2008 is the updated version of this product: The Ultimate Karaoke Party 2008. It contains many of the same legendary karaoke tracks, but some of the pop tracks have been replaced to include newer hits. The 2008 version does not have any issues with song selection - you can use the skip forward >>\| and skip back \|<< buttons as well as the numerical buttons to select songs. The 2008 version contains 60 songs, but these are on two DVDs, rather than one. All the girls song are on Disc 1 and the boys songs on Disc 2, so two people can use the same product at once!

These are "Zoom Karaoke" tracks and are therefore very good quality. Zoom CDGs with less tracks usually sell for around £12 so this DVD is good value assuming your player can take DVDs. Very minor niggle is that DVD automatically plays and automatically goes from one song to the next rather than having menu screen, but this really shouldn't be a problem as you should be able to navigate relatively quickly by selcting a track or using "next track" on remote/player.

I feel most of the vocal songs of this DVD is not sing orginal singers. The Backgroud are stupid. In a word, not very good KARAOKE disk.

This DVD is great. The music choice is mostly good, the words all correct and synched properly. The background videos are also old footage and cartoons but very funny. Recommended.

If u like karaoke, this dvd's for you. with some great tracks and words you'll be singing all night. Great for partys!!! I enjoyed, you will love it!!!!!

This is definitly one of the best puchases I have made for entertainment value. The mix of songs goes down well at parties. However the most talked about part of this DVD is the acomanying Video that runs with the backing. Obviously done to a tight budget at a local drama school, they give cheese a new and entertaining twist. A fantastic purchase for people who like to have a laugh!

We have never been into karaoke so this is the first cd we've bought. The selection of songs is great, all the classics with some up to date ones thrown in. The songs are on 2 discs and just play in order without a menu so you have to forward manually if you want a particular song to play. The screen is plain black with the words coming up. The backing track seems very professional and we've all had great fun with it.
