Hustle is pure brilliance. You watch the episodes and you think wow that was a brilliant con. Its great how they dont show you how they did the con until the end of the episode. Some of the cons are so good that once youve been told how they were done you want to watch it again to see if you can spot the bits you missed. Its got comedy and the whole thing is brilliant. Great acting and great cons. In my opinion its better than the oceans trilogy. The group of characters work perfectly together. 10 outa 10.

This latest series of Hustle breaks the pattern established in the first three - but maybe that's no bad thing. The absence of Adrian Lester gives the series a different focus as the dominating character of Mickey is removed and the rest of the gang are given more space to show what they can do. Danny, finally the leader, begins to grow up and understand that there's more to life than girls. Though maybe not much more! This is a hard film to give a review too as it is an absolute diamond and I want it to be as successful as possible but it is guaranteed not to be liked by everyone. It is based around the Kung-Fu we all know and love but is one of the funniest films of 2005 without a doubt. The humour is not to everyones taste and the marital arts background is another vice to which some people will hold a grudge. However if you wish to sample a truly great piece of cinema which is different enough to be like nothing you have seen before, Kung-Fu Hustle is bound to interest you. The BBC shows it can screen some pretty impressive stuff, with the twists and turns, the focus on detail and plot development. If you have ever watched manga/anime cartoon then you already know what to expect from this as it looks and feels just like a live action anime film, but with some brilliantly inventive special effects combining cg and wirework and some nice story twists, this film will keep you watching and intreaged. The blu-ray its self is very good quality with both picture and sound being of a very high standard and a nice amount of extras to keep you amused. I watched the first series of Hustle by accident when it came out on TV a few years ago - and boy was I glad I did! This has got to be one of the best series around at the moment. Funny, glamorous, slick and brilliantly written and acted. I agree with a previous reviewer who said it was like Ocean's 11 - but with cleverer plots in my opinion and more humour. I bought this DVD for my husband but have enjoyed watching it again as much as he did - one episode right after the other! I'll be ordering series 2 very shortly...

Once again the HUSTLE crew have not failed to please. They have presented us with another six episodes of this great programme. I bought this because I liked series one and I have not been disappointed. Watch out for episode six - it involves the crown jewels! This would be a great addition to your collection and another six hours of great entertainment.

To be honest, I have been away from the UK for a long time, so did not have the fortune to view this in the UK, so took a chance purchase off Amazon. I was in no way disappointed. Being patriotic, this is what makes Britain great; clever, stylish, compelling TV like this. Good storylines, clever twists and then showing you how they did the con, made for many a sleepless night as I trawled through episode upon episode. If the reader of this review is debating on buying this, don't. I honestly can't see how anyone would be disappointed with this gem.
