This is a great boxset and is amazing value for money. Its action packed and hilarious and had me and my sister entertained for hours. It has three complete season and great special features including a hilarious gag real. Great buy.

although having 6 episodes shorter than the previous 2 seasons...it is more than made up in the sheer quality of the episodes. season 1 and 2 basically got the whole how set up and we all got the j hist of what was going on, the pace was fast yet it had never got the sheer spectacular standard that Buffy the Vampire Slayer set for all the shows in this genre. but Supernaturals' third outing is quite a remarkable one which can be extremely scary one moment and then utterly camp the next. this season has made me a dedicated fan...yes the first 2 need to be seen first but here is where everything kicks off. all 17 episodes are on top form. also contains 3 of the greatest episodes ever-A Very Supernatural Christmas,Just ... This is a brilliant series. It has wonderful acting, writing, directing, special effects and music. It blends horror, comedy, emotion, family drama, action, mystery and suspense perfectly. I would recommend this as it is an excellent drama series which has been missed by a lot of people because of the lack of publicity compared with other shows. This is the best programme on TV!

Love this series. I dont like horror like Saw or Hostel but this I can cope with though I still have to occassional peek from behind my hands! The brothers are sexy and the script funny and scary. its all a little predictable and was never gone win no bigwig awards but if you like your TV to entertain and look good this cold be for you! Looking forward to series 2

Will it be in high definition? Unless it's a error on Amazon's part, to me one disc does not seem adequate for a complete season; shortened as it was due to the writer's strike. If true it sounds that this will really be a standard definition release with all the episodes put on one compact blu-ray disc. After all the, UK releases of the dvd boxsets were inferior to the those in the US (in regards to extras). The american blu-ray release on the Amazon US will apparantly be three discs - which sounds about right. Proceed with caution.

The dvd's arrived today - and shock of all shocks - there are extras - see moaning pays off. As always great episodes and there will be a third series (campaigning pays off again). Extras include a "gags reel" and two episode commentaries - would have like more stuff than that but somethings better than nothing

I was put off this series by the ITV tag line "scary just got sexy" (yuk!!! - whoever thought up that nauseating line should have been sacked). Then one night I was flicking through the channels and came across this (it was halfway through the "Bloody Mary" episode. Can you say "Candyman" three times in front of the bathroom mirror in the dark - I was 11 when I saw that film and this version of the avenging mirror ghost caught my attention. And, no, I still won't say "Candyman" three times, whether I'm in front of the mirror or not). I looked at schedule to see what the programme I had just watched was and was shocked to discover that this enthralling drama was "Supernatural" - the programme with the off-putting tag line. When decided to buy I was not sure what to expect from this DVD. But wanted something new to add to my collection of nature documentary dvds. Watched it straign away once it arrived. And was really amazed by it. Very intereseting, educatinal and entertaining. It explains in simple terms the "supernatural" around us, which turns out a natural powers of nature. This is a great DVD for the entire family. I am sure children will be glued to it. BBC made another great quality nature documentary. I absolutely loved it. I strongly recomended it to anyone interested in nature.

I like many others stumbled across this series in its late night itv slot and was hooked. The old wives tales of evil spirits turn out to be true and stalking the USA and its up to Dean, little brother Sam and (when he appears) their father John to fight them. And it's really interesting to watch the interaction between the estanged brothers who are forced to come together to find their father. Once again region 2 = second class citizens - there are no extras - and this is the only real let down in an outstanding box set

To say I am disappointed with this concert would be an understatement. It is` curiously uninvolving and the guest performances, except for Sarah Mclachan and Wayne Shorter and great songs are dreadfully rendered by artists who aren't fit to share a stage with Santana and even Carlos's solos cannot save them. The main problem lies`I think with the material which although sounding good on cd does is very commercial and does not translate to the live stage. The production values are extremely high and sound sound quality is generally good, except that Carlos Santana's guitar is not as forward in the mix as it needs to be to lift many of the lacklustre performances.
