I was so disapointed and shocked at how much material was reused from the mock the week show I thought THAT Frankie would of use his wit and created a really good show but instead has dissapointed his fans from now on I will just watch mock the week instead of wasting my money on thing I have already seen.

Lee Evans is an amazing performer. He is an inspiration for many stand ups, especially those who want to do physical and observational comedy, I myself being one of those fans. His previous shows have been the best stand up comedy performances I have ever seen but this particular one, which I saw on the 9th of September in Cardiff was brilliant but not better. He recieved a well deserved standing ovation but I kept thinking: "We're doing it for his other stuff, not this show". Also the audience laughter was at times forced. Lee performed a Speed Dating skit before the interval which got barely any laughs, just a cheer, meaning people were left confused and more fascinated with the spotlights rather than the jokes. We bought this having watched him on the Princes 60th Birthday bash....we were not disapointed. We were crying with laughing...the man drawer is just sooooo funny. Would highly recommend to anyone who just loves laughing at everyday situations...Its a must have!!!

I've seen Russell Howard twice on stage, both times I've been rolling in the aisles. His jokes are quick, clever, and outrageous, especially the one about his brother! He deserves to go far. I will definitely buy this DVD as soon as it's released!

Like most Rowan Atkinson Fans, I've been waiting too long for the UK DVD release of his one man show, filmed back in 1992. Although it is 16 years old now, there is still plenty to laugh about. Rather than been a general "stand up" comedy show, the show consists of different well planned sketches, which show Rowan Atkinson at his best. As you would expect there is plenty of physical comedy, such as the 'first date' sketch and 'the invisable man', which are both hilarious. But if physical comedy is not for you there are plenty of "spoken sketches too, including the one where he tells Angus Deayton that he beat his kid to death at school. i saw dara on this tour in Derby and he was on top form, spending longer than usual talking to the audience members. the jokes were so unexpected that they made us laugh out loud. a must see. definately someone to see live

Lee is a very underrated comedian but not by his peers ; just listen to any of the big names & they all say he's one of the sharpest minds out there. I loved this DVD ... it's worth buying for just one sketch alone.. check out " I'm so cockney it hurts " ... pure genius. Get the cheque in the post Lee

Many people know Alan for his appearances on Friday/Sunday Night Project or his Ding Dong, but for a long long time before he was a stand-up comedian and anyone whose watched him flourish will recognise how far he's come. Ok, so this has been out for a year now, but it is still one of the best stand-up DVD' out there. This DVD is great fun. One of my favourite parts is "I heard her fart... then I heard her blame it on me." This DVD will have you laughing out loud throughout. Really good stuff!

For those of us who have enjoyed having Clue playing in our kitchens and on the car radio for the best part of 35 years, this DVD of the live tour of shows is a gem. For many it will be an opportunity to watch Humph in one of his last public appearances and his comic genious burns as brightly as ever. The team give great support as does Colin Sell on the piano. The final moments, given over to a beautful trumpet solo by Humph as the show closes brought a tear to me eye, and I stood up and joined the audience in their ovation. One of the classic radio comedy shows loses nothing in the transfer to DVD format, it has already become a cherished item in my comedy collection. I also recommend the new CD of the tribite show to Humph broadcast on the BBC earlier on this ... Read More:
