After watching Erin and Karen on Strictly come Dancing I instantly wanted to buy this workout dvd. After using it a couple of times I really loved it. The steps can be difficult, so you will need to do it a couple of times each week to make sure you improve. Apart from that I thought it was good value for money, and if you want to feel a burn in your legs and arms after using it, then this is the one for you.

This is a great dvd, I love it, It is great for all, allthough some of the moves are a little bit tricky to start after a couple of times you get the hang of it and its great fun!

Does what the title says. Five x 10 minute dance exercises (mix of aerobic and toning exercises). Great music and funky moves. Clear instructions, easy to follow. Highly recommended.

The dance workout in this DVD is very easy to follow and really not exhausting so it is a good workout for days you feel less fit or tired.... I often do this DVD the day after a harder workout, because at the same time you are doing some sports but your are not overburding your body. And what's more is that this dance workout is lots of fun. I love the latin music and the trainer is quite likeable and spreads a lot of positive energy and fun... this workout just makes you wanna move your hips and dance. Though I prefer tougher workouts I felt great after doing these fifeetn minutes of dancing. But there are is no stretching included in this DVD so you really should do some of your own after you're finished!

It may only be my opinion, but I bought this DVD in good faith for trying to stick to a fun workout routine. The dancing itself isnt what I expected (its not really dancing) but its ok. You do feel a good work out and I had to stop for breaths! The only problem is the instructor does go really fast even though he repeats the steps. You are left trying to figure out how to do a move when the instructor is telling you the next one. Its very very easy to get lost. The main reason why I will be giving my DVD away to a friend, is that the instructor is possibly the most annoying, smug, arrogant and dirty looking man I have ever seen. My daughter who is just 2 1/2 years old absolutely loves this DVD already. We only received it today and she has started practicing both the movement and the French terminology. A great buy for any budding Ballet Dancers.

I am a fan of the TV show Strictly Come Dancing and read the reviews on here so thought I'd buy the DVD. I wish I hadn't bothered now. Yeah they can dance and some of the dancing is beautiful but it isn't that good to be honest with you. The music is RUBBISH and the dancing is OK with some nice bits here and there but that doesn't constitute to being good. I personally think this DVD is a waste of money, the music ruins it for me personally. I could watched some of the dancing they do if the music was much better but sadly it wasn't. It hasn't put me off watching the TV show but I will be careful what I buy in future.

I love Dirty Dancing and had high hopes for finally acquiring an exercise DVD that I would actually enjoy, but I was really disappointed with it for a number of reasons. Before I explain my disappointment, I think it's important to point out that ideally you need to have some basic experience in either Salsa or Meringue dancing to do this DVD, as some of the moves are a bit difficult for beginners. The DVD starts off with some training sections to teach you the dance steps and get you warmed up etc. Being the Dirty Dancing video, I expected to be exercising to music from the movie all the way through. This is my second day with this DVD. I have very short attention span and I dont like plain exercise as it bores me. I also dont like anything too advanced and too challenging that it is hard to get hang of. This DVD works for someone like me. I found it just challenging enough to not turn me off. I also have poor coordination and thank goodness Fleur's routines are merciful. I think this is the best way to exercise. Something between real dance and aerobics. If someone taped me dancing around it would probably make top funniest home videos, but at least its fun. :o)

If you can already dance a few formal steps, this DVD is perhaps too basic for you. It teaches you just enough to shuffle around a crowded dance floor with some confidence, but no way is it enough to put on a bit of a show, for example your "first dance" at your wedding. It covers 8 dance styles,four "white tie" styles and four Latin. If you're starting from zero, this is the place to start. It's fun, and not at all overwhelming.
