Tara Lee has created a DVD that is for everyone. Being a prenatal yoga teacher myself, it is obvious that she is a very well trained teacher. What strikes me most is how loving and nurturing her DVD is for pregnant women, which is so important during these busy lives we lead. As I am on my second pregnancy its hard to get to a class, however Tara Lee's DVD keeps me fit, healthy, prepares my body for the birth and most importantly helps me bond with my baby. I bought this a week ago, and have tried yogaltes work outs before a few years ago and enjoyed them. Its a good mix of exercises and although I havnt built up to completing the 2nd workout yet, I can feel my muscles aching afterwards and I feel more toned already. I didnt buy it for the weight loss aspect but have noticed a more defined waist line since using the DVD. Definatly one to shut myself away with though as it is slightly cheesy, but I like her voice and the relaxation part at the end is a good way to de-stress after a hard day at work, or if experiencing a hangover!

Brought this a few months ago, never been to any classes but just wanted to try at home and see if i could get into it and enjoyed it! The girl on the dvd showing the moves is hot! Which is a good start and she talks you though everything slowly with nice gentl music playing in the back ground...before you know it you've been doing YOGA for an hr and your body is being pushed to the limits! If you've never tried YOGA this is the perfect start. Go buy!

I am new to Yoga and read the reviews for this DVD and thought that I would give it a try. I was glad I did. Although I found it a bit difficult i.e. Pain!! it is true that if you smile you break through the pain barrier. I look forward to practising the Kundalini although I feel I would have like the DVD to have had more content. I would love to do more!! I recommend this DVD to anyone who wants a complete holistic experience.

I've never tried yoga but have dabbled with pilates. I found this dvd quite strenuous but the instructor was very informative, giving tips such as "if this is hurting then you're probably doing this" and she was right. It's a bit tricky without a mirror as you're not sure if you're horizontal etc but some of the moves for more advanced people I had to laugh at but will persevere to hopefully. Definitely worth buying if you fancy a workout that doesn't involve jogging!!

I first purchased the Howard Napper DVDs - what a waste of money - I actually trashed them (not even worth giving away). Rodney Yee's DVD is so professionally produced - what a difference! Great introduction, explanations - clear, easy to follow.

The exercises in this video are made too fast for yoga beginners. I would not recommend it for Yoga beginners. In fact, only the last part, the stretching and relaxation part, is suitable for yoga beginners. Sorry but I have seen better.

Fantastic program of yogalates which I have used several times a week for the last 6 months. If you're looking to lose weight it's great to combine with a more strenuous exercise dvd to improve tone and flexibility as your weight decreases. Unfortunately my band did snap as it's not as strong as other pilates bands but I bought 3 different strength bands and have worked up to the hardest one so you can make the workout as difficult as you like. Would recommend buying alongside other workouts as it's hard not to get bored when you know the words inside out!

I bought this along with another yoga-dvd and two pilates dvds. I haven't done any yoga before but have been quite active before my pregnancy (this is 3rd one, so I know why the exercise matters throughout pregnancy as well..). This dvd is very well paced and instructed, even for beginners. I did the 60 minute set today and personally don't think of it as a true workout, but rather an excellent stretching and relaxation exercise. But that is what you essentiallly need when you're pregnant! Often you don't even notice how tight your muscles are before they actually start aching. After the 60 minute exercise, I felt so good and relaxed that I almost fell asleep on the floor. As others have said, the lack of music is very good. You get tired of any kind of music ... I have been using this dvd practically every morning, this is just right for an out of bed routine. If you want something more vigorous try Rodney's other dvd's. He is just so great. It is so surprising the results that one can obtain with constant use. Wouldn't be without it.
