I bought this for my now 13 month old daughter when she was about 5 months old as I wanted her to hear lots of english (we live in Spain) and she's loved it from the start ! She gets really excited when she sees the credits and hears the music and even dances ! It's great to put on if I want to get on with a couple of things as I know that she'll be entertained and now she even laughs at certain bits ! I would highly recommend this for children of all ages, as I also have two older spanish step-children and although they don't speak english, they also really enjoy it, singing the songs and everything. Great fun !!

This video is absoultely fantastic! I have a six-month old daughter who loves the Fimbles - whatever she's playing with when they come on is forgotten, and she sits or lies on her playmat and watches, completely spellbound. Particularly great is the fact that the same songs are sung each episode by the different characters ('When you take a look inside a book' and the 'Let's go and see' song), and I think this gives Emily something to recognise each time. She loves music, and this video certainly has plenty of it. Even the theme tune is catchy. I myself have developed a great affection for the Fimbles - I like to sing along with the songs, and my little nephew also likes to sing with me. I'd certainly recommend this video to anyone ... This is one of many Fimbles DVDs available, and this one is based around Rockit the Frog. There are 3 episodes on this DVD, with intro, in-between bits and ending by Rockit. The three episodes are (without coming across too "Friends") - The one with Rockit the post frog, the one with "Baby Rockit", and the one where Rockitt wants to be a Fimble. If your child likes Fimbles, this is fine to stick on when you want to get on with something for an hour. There are also a few games and puzzles on the DVD, which, like all DVD games and puzzles, are only as good as the player you have. And ours isn't any good so we haven't really played them!

this video kept my 11 month old son amused for ages, a terrific video and definately a must buy if you want to keep your toddlers glued to the spot for ages

This DVD was a real disappointment. There are only four episodes on here. I watched these with my children once each and they've never asked for them again. Not on my watch with mummy list.
