This review will be short and sweet. Most of what needs to be said already has been but for one question; Is Dharma real?
We have found people in hatches pressing buttons and recording information because they have been told to in the style of Stanley Milgram but are we not doing the same? Don't get me wrong; I'm enjoying it immensely, but are we not being played with in Dharma fashion? The story leaps about with very few answers and yet we keep pressing the button (the play button on my DVD)because it seems the right thing to do. I'm convinced that Lost is produced by The Dharma Initiative.

In a year or hype and tripe at the cinema when all the sequels failed to sparkle and originality seemed dead 'In Bruge' slipped into the multiplexes, under the radar, with very little fanfare and a trailer that did it little favours. By pure accident, with nothing else on at the time I wanted, I grudgingly handed over my cash and plodded to the smallest screen Odeon had to offer. I emerged elated. Not since taking a risk on Withnail and I had I had such fun at the cinema. This was a great discovery and I vowed to spread the word. In Bruges is indeed a rare beast. Honestly I had resigned myself to never laughing throughout a film ever again until this. As horrible as the two lead characters are (two charming foul mouthed, racist, homophobic, killers) ... Speed Racer (Emile Hirsch) is obsessed with racing. Even as a boy (Nicholas Elia in these flashbacks), he couldn't concentrate on school but spent the day dreaming about cars. Of course, he comes by it naturally. Pops (John Goodman) designs race cars and older brother Rex (Scott Porter) is an up and coming champion. Things hit a bump when Rex and Pops fight and Rex leaves home only to die amidst allegations of wrong doing.

But racing is in the Racer family blood (no surprise with that name), and Speed seemed destined to take the crown. After making a splash at a local race, he catches the eye of Royalton (Roger Allam) who is a big sponsor of other racers. He promises Speed the moon, but when Speed turns him down, he turns nasty, threatening Speed ... Read More:

Tell you what, this film was AMAZING! The CGI was so detailed and realistic (well.. as realistic as giant transforming robots can be!). I originally rented this on DVD, but got it on Blu-Ray earlier this week.
I'd never compare this to the Back to the Future trilogy, but if you liked those films, you want some amazing scenes and some all round fun, this is definitely for you.

Brilliantly made disaster movie. Rob is leaving for Japan and his friends are throwing him a going away party, which is being filmed on video camera. While the party is underway, earthquakes start to shake the city and soon explosions begin to light the sky and buildings are crumbling. The friends decide to take off for safety, ad the camera Weilding Hud captures their journey through terror.

With some spectacular special effects, a great storyline and some reasonalbly decent acting, this is an interesting spin on Blair Witch Project meets Godzilla.

I saw this film at the cinema and really enjoyed it - so much so that I pre-ordered the Blu-Ray. It's pure comic book and should be enjoyed as such. Leave your brain at the door and just enjoy the ride. It's not a high-brow cinematic classic but it packs a lot of fun into a couple of hours.

This is an amazing film, top notch i have seen all of the trilogy and this film is possibly the best, ignore any one who has rated this 1 star and has said they have only watched 30min of it, the film goes on for awhile but that makes it all the better in my opinion, the cast is amazing as always with even more new characters, the effects are quality and has a great story, i strongly recomend this to any one who loves the other two films and has not watched this film yet, and to any film lover, because i think any one can enjoy this, but would be an easier watch if the first two films were watched first, but this is one of the best trilogy's ever made, if not the best.

Due to so many varied reviews on Amazon about the individual DVD's in the series,I will limit my comments just to say that this box set represents superb family entertainment whatever your age and is possibly one of the best value box sets around.
As family viewing goes,it will keep the kids quiet for hours but the individual films are lengthy so spread your viewing over a couple of weekends to prevent over doing it.The movies themselves are great fun and with so many gruesome characters, make sure the more nervous ones in your family who are old enough to watch have someone to snuggle up to,just in case. In fact,in some of the scenes,I could have done with snuggling up to someone myself!
This is great entertainment and if you have not seen the movies at the cinema yourself, you ... Read More:

Thoroughly enjoyed this third in the series. Only wish there was a 4th, 5th and more. Bourne is the underdog with the edge over his pursuers, and they continually underestimate him. Typically. Only film I'd maybe rate this against is US Marshalls, with Tommy Lee Jones and Wesley Snipes, but Bourne is better, by far.

OK where to start on this truly horrific crime of a film?

Jar Jar Binks may actually be the worst character in the history of cinema - all those animators and actors who worked to realise this affront to human decency should find a revolver and do the decent thing.

Why do all American kids have problems talking properly? Do they think that speaking like a cutesy 3 year old makes them endearing? Jake whatshisname (Anakin) should never ever be allowed in front of a camera again.

Who came up with the 'story'? My ship is broken, want to come with us, Kid? Seems to be about it.

Also,Why is it that in 'attack of the clones' Anakin has aged about ten years, but Padme is (amazingly) about 3 years older than she was in TPM surely they should have made ... Read More:
