The Frightened Womman has been restored by Shameless to give us the longest version ever and it comes with the directors seal of approval who claimed "This is the version of my film to watch."The dvd has been put together from various elements and so the picture quality varies , though for the most part the picture is very good. The dvd is 16:9 enhanced and the only extras are the trailer and trailers for other films. So is the film any good? Yes, it has grooovy 1960s production design and the story is quite good.The performances of Phillip Leroy and Dagmar Lassander are very good and the film is full weird little touches that add to the entertainment value . This is a first-rate piece of cinema all-round, but it is largely memorable for the scene in which a feisty young female backpacker stops to take shelter within the all-girl academy. It certainly brings a whole new meaning to the concept of the all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet!!!

Awful awful film. This is only for real cinema buffs with a lot of time on their hands. I have made attempts to grow an appreciation of this type of film but would rather watch the snooker and/or paint dry than have to watch this film again.

I've seen quite a few ben dover films so i thought i knew what to expect, unfortunatley this seems to be a soft version, you dont see anything, not impressed, dont bother

This is an amazing show, I love it, its a brilliant dvd set with lots of cool behind the scenes extra features and a really cool commentary, and interviews with the girls. Its well worth buying, I cant wait til series 2 comes out on dvd! =D

Clever camera angles only left it to the imagination, and so you would see more or less as much on standard TV at the right times. dissapointing and waste of money. flicked through the DVD then destroyed it. Not bothered to apply for refund as this appears to be standard level. Suggest if you want hardcore, then go to the right places and dont accept second rate BS.
