My personal view of this is that Pan is an arrogant self obsessed oik ... but I'm pushing 30 so what would i know ?!!! My son got it for his 3rd birthday and loves it and despite watching several times isn't bored of it.

This film has to be one of if not THE best Disney film there is. The story is great, the voices perfect, the songs brilliant! My favourite song from Aladdin is probably Friend Like Me but that's because I love Genie. However, all the songs are great in this film, there's none that you roll your eyes to because Disney have that great way of including a lovely slowie into a film but still having the humour there (like with A Whole New World). Loved this film when I was little and chuffed now that my littl'un loves it too. Great fun for family viewing and still funny for adults!

The main problem with this film is that if you've seen the first then you've seen this one. There is no originality in the script at all which is a shame, because I would say that this film has just killed the franchise. Again Nicholas Cage takes the lead role of Ben Gates in this Tomb Raider type film. Once again Ben and his trusty sidekick Riley Poole (Justin Bartha) and girlfriend Abigail Chase (Diane Kruger) are once again attempting to clear the name of his great grandfather - just like they did in the first film. In this one he (briefly) kidnaps the President rather than the Declaration of Independence, but once again they end up being chased around by the bad guys, while looking for the treasure that will prove his relatives ... Having been subjected to the whole 8 series keeping the little ones occupied I was curious to see how this would work with a new voice and clearly american take on the tales. Well the addition of Pierce Brosnan's voice as the narrator is a great choice and the story and songs kept my 23 month old captivated and happy for several hours. The songs are a change and he jiggles around to them with glee. The extras keep him entertained as well. This makes a great gift to any thomas fan.

I had a teacher who used to call me Dumbo. I assumed he was implying I was mentally retarded but now I see this and realise he was mocking my huge ears which I use to help me fly!

My daughter is 5 and she loves all the Barbie movies. We have them all on DVD and she watches them a lot. Sometimes kids films are hard for an adult to enjoy but the Barbie ones are all so well done and written that I don't mind watching them with her. This is a re-telling of the Charles Dickens story and they have adapted it for young girls. There is no grim reaper style spirit and they don't show the character's death so it is much nicer. Heartwarming tale about the true meaning of Christmas. Any little girl would love this movie.

I purchased (with some excitement) this version on DVD as it says on the cover it's a "restored" version and the running time was stated as 86 mins opposed to the previous DVD release of 82 mins. I was convinced that it would be a "restored" version with the song "When Love is Gone" put back in... But sadly, it wasn't! Alas, it was just a re-package of the previous release. I've decided to keep it anyway and not take it back for a refund as I don't have it on DVD, but I have just bought the VHS version from Amazon so I can watch it this Christmas in it's full "RESTORED" version!

the film is great and it deserves a grammy. great actors in the film. i love the cats. good old documentary we have here. the making of snitsky's pineapple and many more. buy it with paris hiltons album. paris hilton even promoted this on mtv. she is a great singer. buy her album to day. and tine tuner's album. buy all 3 for just 2 pence.

Another great Barbie film and addition to the collection, the songs were quite poppy and very catchy and as usual there is a clear moral to the story. My daughter loved it and can't wait for Christmas Carol to come out!

I am a fan of most of the Pixar films but have to say that I found this one to be slightly disappointing.It is brilliantly animated,Paris looks glorious and it is well voiced.For some reason though,'Ratatouille' just didn't hold my attention and it isn't a film that I would watch again. The highlight comes from the voice of Peter O' Toole as Anton Ego.He clearly has a ball as the arrogant food critic and all of the scenes he features in are a delight.On the whole I did feel that this isn't in the same league as 'Toy Story 1 & 2' or 'A Bug's Life'.A fair effort but not Pixar's best.
