Didn't like this movie at all. Very unintelligent plot line that won't keep the average intelligent adult awake. Kids may like the slap stick 'humour'.

Ok the graphics are basic but the story is nice. even the dialogues are good.

This is my first review ever,but after seeing 'My little pony'and noticing my daughters reaction I have to.I was very surprised after all the positive reviews to actually see this movie!!My daughter(3,5) repeats all the name calling,and that happens a lot in this movie.For a little girl's story I expect more positiveness and gentleness.The 'My little pony'concept gives so many possibilities,what a shame they came up with this story!Unfortunately my daughter loves it and I have to get it from it's hiding place...

Long after the US Release, England gets a Raccoons DVD Set! This contents the First Series in great quailty with some special features which.. while a nice touch (cheap since they come from the US release) aren't really worth too much due to some wrong information and such like. But it is worth it for the Complete First Series! The only other let down in this set is that it is JUST the First Series. It would be nice if it was a 4 disc set with the Oringal 4 Specials (Christmas Raccoons, Raccoons on Ice, Raccoons and the Lost Star & Racoons: Let's Dance) but sadly, we must all just put up with our treasured VHS copies for now. There are a couple of other small let downs in the Specials features since some of the 'pictures' and such ... Read More:

now it may be a classic, but i'm afraid i was really disappointed with this film. my 5 yr old was frankly bored watching this, it was very slow to get moving. the story line was not what i was expecting. the jimmney cricket / conscience was to abstract for him to understand in the way it was presented. and there was a terrible bit later on with pinnochio getting drunk and smoking cigars. that bit raised a few tricky questions. what i had expected the main story line to be - pinnochio's nose growing long when he lied, occured only once for about 20 seconds in the middle of the film and never again. we will not be watching this one again sadly not enjoyable or educational

This DVD is made up of 13 episodes that has a mixture of old classic Morph clips segued with new ones. It works OK in that sense, but as The Amazing Adventures of Morph existed without this footage I wonder if it was strictly necessary. (Trying to reach a new young generation?) This does not have any of Tony Hart's original narration either which is also a shame for those who remember it with fondness like I do. But what really got to me after upgrading from VHS (you can get hold of this DVD very cheaply it would seem...) is that IT LOOKS LIKE THIS WAS A TRANSFER FROM ANALOGUE TAPE!

this film is an absolute joy and classic...beautifully rounded (as in fully developed personalities, not toad's waistline) characters, lovely plot, happy songs, celebration of nature, cosy and lovely Perfect for when you feel poorly..or for days in when cold outside...or is that just me.... A joy every time you watch and my cat's favourite...believe me this is praise of the highest order ..."on the ooooppen rooooooooaaaddd.."

As I'm italian, the only way to have Dora home is to buy it with Amazon, since there is no shop selling it in Italy!!So first of all thanks to Amazon, that with this wonderful DVD has made my 2 years daughter a very happy little person. I''s just a beautiful story, with funny episodes, and my daughter sing and dance to all the songs! Grazie!

There is no doubting that this new version of Noddy is superbly animated. They are a great accompianment to the books. Our 3 year old son just loves it. Definately one to watch.

My 2 sons aged 5 and 7 love Ben 10. We have a multi region dvd player and therefore it played absolutely fine. You can get a cheap multi region dvd player from Asda for £17 if your decent player cannot be chipped.
