Brother Bear is a wonderful animation - it isn't violent and it has the right balance between comedy and drama. The storyline is engaging and the characters and some of the cameos in this film are hysterical. This is a film for all the family and it is a truly wonderful children's animation combined with Phil Collins' musicianship that brings the film to life. Highly enjoyable.

I can't recommened this DVD boxset enough, it is a superb package for all Simpsons fans. The first season may not have been the best but there was a great moments and you really could see why the Simpsons became so popular. The second season was however, even better and here you can own the eps to laugh out loud to over and over. The package of the DVD sets are fantastic with so many bonus features to keep you entertained for hours. I recommened this to everyone who has a passion for the greatest cartoon series of all time but be warned, this is a package of which you find yourself playing again and again.

DO NOT BUY THIS 2 DISC VERSION! My main reason for buying this 2 DVD version (and the only reason I can see that anyone would spend an extra £5 over the single DVD version) is the ability to legally copy the film to your computer or portable media player. Well for the moment at least you may as well use the extra DVD as coaster. The serial numbers provided in the box don't work. When I contacted Fox I was told this was because the film isn't released in the US until the 9th of December and so digital copies will not be available until then. This is absurd! Those of us who have paid for the digital copy should be able to use it now. Hopefully Fox will get this sorted but given media companies history of dealing with digital restrictions they ... The Lion King...deep,moving,inspirational,and beautiful...not to mention hilarious too. artistic and wonderful...an aweinspiring Disney classic. my #1 favourite Disney film of all time. the songs range from hilarious to moving. the artwork is at its very,very best and shows the sheer beauty of Africa...and the animals of the wild look so very realistic. its an incredible masterpiece of a film...and demands more than 100 viewings. a sheer beautiful class act from the Disney studios...and by far the most breathtaking film i have ever seen. seriously.

All of these films are absolutely magnificent in their own way. A truly great purchase if you don't already have them on DVD. I had all but 3 of these films on DVD, so decided to sell the ones I had and buy this. Only things is, the Monsters INC and Toy Story 1 films in this Box Set are 4:3 as opposed to 16:9, unlike my previous versions - so a bit annoyed about that. Otherwise, this is an excellent purchase. 8 quality films for £45 is amazing value and well worth the investment. From now, I'll be buying films on Blu-ray though, but this is a great way to say goodbye to Disney Pixar DVD's! Save yourself the trouble of buying each DVD separately and get this!

I feel like I wasted my money here. Half the songs were just one verse and although the animations were fairly colourful and I suppose kid friendly, it really was a disappointment. My 2-year old got up an walked off after a few minutes and then started playing with the boxes. I doubt I will press play again, it's more than likely going to end up in the charity shop. I bought another title in this series too... described as "sing-a-long"... same fate for that one, alot of the stuff on that disc is the same. I would definately not recommend that you buy more than one from these series.... too much overlap

My 3 year old son loves this DVD and of course I insist on watching it with him ! The Trumpton and Camberwick Green DVDs are also must haves to bring back all those childhood memories.

For under a fiver (just!) I think this series of Tom and Jerry DVD's are excellent value. The DVD itself is double-sided, which helps to pack all those great cartoons in, and thankfully their are no adverts at the start; you can be playing in under 20 seconds from when you've put the disc in! Unfortunately, as I've found with all the Tom and Jerry DVD's so far, is that they've suffered the finger-wagging of middle class citizens who feel the need to place the title of 'Politically Incorrect' or certain aspects of the cartoons. This has resulted in the Black Mama (maid) having her voice completely re-dubbed in many of the cartoons, replaced by a woman who speaks each word in the clearest, most perfect notion, to take away any idea that she has Black ... This sequel to the rescuers was something special to disney, as this is the first sequal of feature animation to also become a feature. This is currently the only sequel to date to become a feature; this shows disney had great expectations and faith in this film. This film has a similar story style to the original film, where a kid gets captured and its up to the rescue aid society to come to the rescue. The character cast in this film is amazing, and the animators do an incredible job at portraying emotion and expression through them. This film also, as many may not know, include disney first 3d visual effects in 2d animation.
