I am suprised by the low scores series 11 recieved. We watched all the series but like many got bored arounf series 9 and stopped watching. Having since enjoyed comedy like Curb Y E and Conchords - We thought this would be embarrassingly bad. Well blow me over - it is excellent - very funny, just as well written, and once again VERY FUNNY - Nils< Fraise and their Dad play it very well - WELL RECOMMENDED

Like the title of this review says, this film is a true classic. It tells the story of a young boy who builds a snowman that comes to life at midnight. This film is the only film I have ever seen that is funny, magical and sad at the same time. It is also the first one that I have seen that had no dialogue in, but watching it now, I think that the filmmakers were right not to put any in. Having said that, I am SO GLAD that the enchanting song "Walking in the air" is in it. I am also glad that it is hand-drawn, not computer animated. I know that, if you look at the film very closely, there are small errors, but, because they don't have any effect on the story, they really don't matter. This is absolutely hilarious and will have you laughing from start to finish! Frank is a comedy genius - have seen him a few times and he always has me laughing till tears are streaming down my face. Brilliant!

Lets face it none of us are critics so if you like still game at all the youve got to get this... and the others.....and the christmas specials... in fact if these guys dont make another series i just dont know what i'll do..... i know its psycho patter. :) Have resorted to watching dear green place now which, dont get me wrong, is very good just different. You cant beat still game its a must have dvd collection, too cheap if you ask me.

I totally loved this film and after owning it a week, I'd watched it 3 times - Seth's infectious laugh is enough to make me laugh! If you like Forgetting Sarah Marshall or 40 Year Old Virgin, you should like this! Think this is actually funnier than both of them to be honest! Paul Rudd is hilarious as always and really makes this film, "I'm gonna throw you in my Delorian and gun it to '88" - my fave line from the film lol!!! Try it, I think you'll like it!!

In short, one of the finest comedy performances available right now. O'Briain is a very intelligent man (he did Physics and Maths at University) and it really comes through in the act. The performance begins with a half-hour of banter with the front row; thankfully the audience members he picks on are interesting! The rest of the performance also calls on the audience occasionally, which gives the act a relaxed, unscripted, friendly air. I can't wait for his new DVD!

Hey, how can anyone NOT find this funny? I grew up with this on my television, it made up part of my weekend. I loved the antics, and it may have given me my obsession now. Of course that is light hearted but we must remember that this was a real event in history and Nazi's weren't comical like this programme makes them out to be ... which makes it a remarkably brave premise... David Croft and the other guy took a risk by making fun of a time that then MANY people still had clear memories of! Bravo! Pity that they can't make any more! BTW, does anyone know what happened to the actress that played Maria... Francesca Gonshaw?

I love Tamsin Greig. I love Mac. I love this. Green Wing to me is just one of the most perfect comedies out there. The comic timing is unbelievable, and the cast is one of the strongest I've ever seen. Long Live Green Wing.

Lovely, just lovely christmas movie. Cary Grant is the most wunderfull angel and Loretta Young is just lovely as the bishops wife and David Niven a perfect grouch. Gets you in the spirit.
