oh my god, if you havent seen this film there is somthing wrong with you. its the best christmas film ever. home alone is about kevin maclister being left home alone when his parents and family take a holiday to france. wont say much more dont want to spoil it for you but its one of my personal favourites. Home alone 2 is also amazing i know people say that sequals arent as good but in this cirmcumstance its just as good.

OK, i understand that it pushes the racial boundaries and yes it is a bit far fetched and over dramatic in places but its a damn god film throughout! The movie IS well orchestrated, slightly belivable but operates on so many different stages that its hard not to find something to enjoy. The mix of comedy, love, action, adventure and joy brings to gether a well balenced and heart wwarming movie for all the family. and liv tyler well who needs to say more!

Since its release I have heard and read mixed reviews mostly bad, these of course are from fans pissed off at the end of season 9! "The Truth" wasnt a very good or satisfying end to the series, as a hardcore fan I can certainly say. I suppose what people expected was something pretty damn spectacular here with this movie. We should expect that its the X Files for Peets sake. But many of the really cool episodes were written by writers other than Chris Carter, in fact I think you will find if you revise all your Box sets that the episodes written By Carter are the most lame. Kim Manners is working on Supernatural, Spotnitz is mostly on bigger movies while the rest are all over the board from CSI, Bones, the short lived 4400 right up to the new series ... Read More:

Contrary to other reviewers, we actually avoided the series on TV as we didn't much care for the main players in relation to past performances (or perhaps to be more specific, we didn't like what they were in). The only exception perhaps was Dennis Waterman who has pretty much played the same sort of role from comedy to drama. However, we picked up series 3 on UK Gold, when we were struggling to find something decent to watch one evening. We were pleasantly surprised at how good it was, and it has the right proportions of humour and drama to make you believe in the stories and in the characters. It is not a comedy, as one person suggested, but a series where, despite the somewhat macabre subject matter, we see the human side of the people investigating the cases. ... Read More:

I made the mistake of actually buying this dvd. Whilst the beginning was good, there was an expectation of something drastic happening in the storyline and it didnt. I think M Night is losing the plot! Sixth Sense was fantastic, however this film kept you engrossed up to a certain point, then it ended to my sheer disapointment. You would expect something to happen in a film called The Happening or even for the lead role to do something a bit more than stare into space for 70% of the film! Massive dissapointment and waste of money. Just watch it on telly when it comes out, but dont waste your good money on this dvd when there are many better films out there!

Watch out! I bought this edition after reading the "Amazon.co.uk Review" above, where it says "On the DVD: Citizen Kane in this DVD special edition is beautifully remastered and comes with a feature illustrating the before and after of the restoration process. A 50-minute documentary, 'Anatomy of a Classic', hosted by Barry Norman, delves into the making of the film..." etc. Big mistake: Nothing of the description of the DVD is true! The review is written about a completely different edition of the film, not this one. The original film is a masterpiece, but this edition is certainly not!

beautiful movie, based on the theory taht dinosaurs lived even after teh meteorite struck the earth. the decision to combine real life landscape with computer animation fits erally well and i think add to the story

cant wait for this dvd to be relesed. I missed most of season 4 and the few episodes i did see looked great roll on 14 july cant wait to watch mac stel and the team they are they best csi show by far. The cover looks great aswell.

The first two Alien films are amazingly good, & the rest are well worth watching but less excellent. This is a great collection & good value for money.
