This film is ok, the acting was quite poor and the story line a little non existent but on the whole it's watchable. Jamie Winstone is great in it. Don't watch it if you don't understand the youths of today's lingo as the whole film contains it. Apart from that I'd watch it again.... on a rainy day!

An enjoyable film , but not as powerful or as moving as the film Amistad in conveying the cruelty and injustice of slavery. Despite this, an enjoyable film, especially the rousing bagpipe rendition of Amazing Grace at the end which was worth the price of the DVD alone.

series 1 started off everything(makes sense)but seriously if it weren't for the success of this series then the show wouldn't have survived...thanks to the amazing writers and crew behind it and some fab actors. eppy guide- Rose-4/5-the start...and what a great start it is too...Billie Piper CAN act as the great Rose Tyler and the Autons are very creepy. The end of the world-4/5-very good all round episode tht boasts some amazing visuals. the unquiet dead-4/5-very scary episode with some terrifying zombies...and the doctor meets Charles Dickens. Aliens of London-2/5-a decent episode but not fantastical...contains the infamous big ben crash scene...but not much else. World War Three-2.5/5-slightly better but the Slitheen ... Read More:

I have just purchased this Box Set here in Dublin and am looking forward to getting stuck into this classic series. I previously had most of the eposides recorded on VHS from the 90's, they are going in the bin to be replaced with this very attractive box set. Very well packaged and presented this is a must for any Morse fan and is currently on sale at a very pleasing price compared too previous prices even a few months ago. All the 33 eposides are presented in this box set as well as 3 hours of factual documentaries. I just have to get a ''Do not Disturb'' sign for the next 30 odd hours. !!!!

Boston Legal is an excellent series which has many fine characters and stories. there however a couple of down points with this particular season. First Denny, there are a couple of times that he steps over the bounds from being humourously horny to lechorous, it's noticeable and you do feel like yuk!!! The second is the amount of political sniping and commentary which turns up especially oft used comments like "This Government" mind you Denny running for a presidential candidate was pure gold. Apart from that this is a really fun series which at times makes you laugh out loud. Season 3 was by far the most entertaining and well-rounded season in the shows history (so far at least, with the 7th season forthcoming). This season captured and brought out in the best of ways all the little traits that make this show what it is. Almost all the episodes of this season can be described as "classics", from the amazing premiere to the fulfilling finale. Although it is hard to play favourites with this season, stand alone episodes include: -They Shoot Gilmores, Don't They? This film was really the most unbearable nonsense, the Irish busker/hoover repair man was perhaps the most annoying person ever. The music was awful, he must have been listening to an awful lot of Damien Rice.

I was not even born when the first installment of Godfather came out in the theatres. But I always heard about it from all my elder family members, who had the chance to see the movie in the seventies. They always admired about it and its sequel that went into theaters in 1974. This June, when the Godfather trilogy box set came out, all the stories which I used to hear from other people came across my mind, and I immediately bought the Godfather trilogy box set, containing all three movies and two bonus discs covering the special features. When I started watching the trilogy from part 1, it gripped me right from the beginning till the end. This series is full of passion, drama and humour. All of the actors are great, and I especially like Hattie Morahan as Elinor. In a very convincing way she manages to portrait Elinor as a warm, intelligent woman with strong feelings underneath her restrained surface. I just love it!

I'm not going to say too much to anyone new to this series. I'll just say that this is just some of the most exciting and best written / acted TV that I've ever seen. Just brilliant.
