I have bought the DVD about half a year ago and since then I practise the exercises (more or less) on a daily basis - and I note real benefits to my health and state of mind! My hips and back stopped aching, I feel light and strong, relaxed and energised simultanously. The exercises are easy to learn (and to perform) - in one section of the DVD they are described in detail and later on you do the whole routine together with the Barefoot Doctor - I repeated this several weeks until I knew the routine by heart and can do it now every morning on the beach.

i really dont understand why people can find this dvd difficult to follow. i'm not a dancer, never have been a dancer but found the moves easy to get the hang of. obviously not correct first time round but the more u do it the better u get. thats the idea. i bought the hotpants dvd and what a waste of money. THAT is for professional dancers! no point in doin that because am tryin so hard to get the moves right i'm not getting any sort of workout. i found this hiphop dvd fun and stuck to it, once u know the moves u can really go for it and make yourself sweat! am gutted ive lost mine, might jst buy another

This really is a fantastic workout, I really felt energised after doing this, I love yoga and I love martial arts and this has a mix of both in some places I found it moved a little quickly but if you have a look at the bonus bits on the menu he explains the moves, in a little more depth.

I bought this set on foot of Katy's work on the "Geribody yoga" video. I liked her teaching style and sequencing on that DVD very much. I wasn't disappointed with this set, but I do have some reservations. First, I'll give an idea of the content of these discs: Disc 1 is called "Freedom, Space, Flow", and contains a lying warm-up, sound vibration and chanting, seated warm-up, all fours warm-up, sun salute warm-up, sun salute, standing postures and guided relaxation/shavasana. Disc 2 "Joy, Radiance, Bliss" has a short lying warm-up, intro to chakras and sounds, standing warm up, a 45 minute flowing class, backwards bends, twists and inversions and relaxation. excellent belly dance instruction from a tallented dancer, easy to understand and well thought out. not perfect, but pretty close

I'd never heard of Kundalini Yoga until a friend mentioned it to me. Not having access to any classes, I looked for a DVD and came across this one. As with any internet buying, this was a risk, but what a worthwhile risk!! This is one of my favourite workout DVDs. Even as a complete beginner, everything was perfectly explained and no exercise was too complex or unachievable. I use it to keep in shape, to relax and to boost my confidence. I couldn't ask for more from any DVD - or from any teacher, for that matter.

On Saturday mornings my 6 year old daughter pulls out her yoga mat and turns on Yoga Kids. She's able to follow along and is really proud of herself. It took her a few times of watching it before she really was able to do all the moves, but she loves the DVD. She told me today that there was only one adult in the DVD and it was all kids doing the moves, which really impressed her. I highly recommend this DVD.

I recently bought the dvd, it is quite a relaxing workout and you feel invigorated afterwards, but it isn't as much of a strenguous workout as i am used to. There are alot of pilates moves and positions but i wish there were more (it looks like i am going to have to buy more pilates dvds) I was expecting to buy just this one to use, but i suppose to get all the moves you have to buy more. Lynne Robinson definately knows what she is doing, she has a very good physique and does all the moves very well.

Having just taken up mixed martial arts for mainly health issues, this DVD does give a good application to make your foes life hell with the pressure points in the arm. Having used them on my own brother, who learned Karate but didn`t know about 3/4 of the techniques. They do hurt for anyone who might think of using them a test subject, my arms are covered in brusies. Once you get the hang of it, it almost becomes 2nd nature. Only downside is that it doesn`t cover anything above the triceps/biceps into the shoulder region, other than that it`s a 5+++
