I remember watching this every sunday when i was younger. This is THE thing that taught me how to play long balls and head correctly and most importantly, the Zidane turn. I missed the week they taught you how to play as a forward....so i blame that for my lack of attacking play (im now a centre half...) Its a brilliant collection. Giggs is quite quiet but he has Booby Charlton and another coach alongside so your not dependent on Giggs' people skills. They tell you how to do it, then he shows you the correct technique. "Cup Kings!" - maybe we are, but this DVD contains no highlights at all of any FA Cup games except for the full final. The title is completely misleading and laughable, were it not for the fact that it induces you to pay for something that is not there. I always buy the Season Review, and this time I felt ripped off when I bought it. The unacceptable omissions aside, the content is poorer this year - lots of speeded up sequences accompanied by music that flash past without being identifiable. I hate to say it, but the Manchester Utd. Season Review is a far better quality product - and it has ALL the goals!

As a 20 year old at the time I was one of just millions around the country who wanted the 'underdogs' Sunderland to win against the mighty Leeds but realistically you thought that the senior; Division one side would eventually blow away the plucky 2nd Division outfit but no! from the outset Sunderland took the game to Leeds, it was a time when fooballers were real men and there was tough tackling but nothing dirty, there was no feighing injury, no disputing referee's decisions, just end to end great football for 90 minutes and a fairy tale ending, I have watched this game on numerous occasions and still get the same pleasure as I did in 1973.

There are two things you need to know about this "Interactive Football" DVD. One, it is not interactive, and two, it is not about football. Firstly, there are no interactive elements to it, you see a sequence of ten questions (I suppose you do get to decide when to move to the next question), and you then see the answers to those ten questions. There is nothing interactive about this. There is no "gameplay" to it. Secondly, the questions are purely about the World Cup, there are no more general football questions involved.
