Good 90 minute documentary. Lots of talking heads (no John Carmack though). Also, completely US-centric except for a mention of Populace and Tetris, no mention of Elite, UK based micros etc. Actually a good intro to the history of the video game industry up to 2002ish.

You choose the parts to exercise, bums/tums/legs/arms or all. You choose level 1/2/3. choose time to exercise upto 60 mins. I was very disappointed with this workout its hard to follow and has a poor layout, poor instructions through the exercises. Though the gimmick sounds good of your own personal trainer It constantly stops and starts with the different exercises and sections which I find annoying. The warm up section is a bit hard to follow, ridiculous dancing, and the constant stopping and starting between 2 minute second sections is a real nuisance.
