As on board footage seems so rare on DVD this one is a gem. It is on board footage and nothing else. It has some flaws so be warned. eg: The wind noise almost drowns out other noises on a couple of circuits. The view is always compromised by the left wiper! The good bits make it worthwhile. eg: brands, nurburgring, spa and the sense of outright speed at le mans is jaw dropping. I don't think i'd fancy paying full price however. The marketplace is the best bet for this one.

This is a very very poor dvd that doesen't do justice to what was a great F1 season in 2003! It is far too short and misses out on lots of exciting bits! It's really not worth the money!

Wow, what can i say?? 71 minutes of pleasure as Geremy shows us the best cars from 2003, probably the best year for the motor vehicle. The cars he is looking for are the most fun to drive and i particulally liked the drag race between the Subaru Impreza and the Mitsubishi EVO V111. I think Geremy is still smiling even now. Well worth the purchase and would make an excellent present for the blokes girls if you're stuck for Christmas or birthdays.

Whilst from the title this appears to be a biography of Mike Hawthorn, in actual fact it is a review of the 1958 world championship year in which Hawthorn triumphed, pipping the undoubtedly more deserving Stirling Moss by the superior reliability of his Ferrari chassis and some great team work from Phil Hill. The narration is taken from Hawthorn's book, which he wrote shortly before his tragic death in a road accident. There are comprehensive reviews and footage of the Monaco and Belgian Grand Prix, as well as the 1958 24 hours of Le Mans, which is a nice inclusion. I bought "Driving Off Road - A Land Rover Guide" a month ago, this DVD is the same DVD, same narrator, same vehicle, same terrain, same menu, same everything! Except the name is different. I returned the previous one and am doing the same with this one. My review of this DVD is, therefore, the same!! Review: This looks like a DVD that Land Rover might give away with a new Land Rover, or maybe even with just a test drive. The first section covers preparation of your Land Rover. It is about ten minutes and deals with bringing the right wellies, first aid kit, shovel etc etc. Although the vehicles are shown with winches, snorkels and other after market kit, no mention is made of them in this section, or in any other section.
