I first saw this film when I was little and was very touched by it, so it seemed obvious to buy it when it came out on DVD. After having studied the life of Buddy Holly I found this film to be very true to life. Gary Busey made an excellent Buddy Holly and is very talented with regards to music as well as acting since none of the origional scores were used in the film and Busey performed each one of Holly's songs. A friend of mine remarked that if you heard Busey singing and were not aware that it was him you would swear it were Buddy Holly. I found the special features of this DVD very good. as a long time fan of ac/dc i may be a bit biased but this is a must buy for anyone who loves great music from the start with "thunderstruck" to the end with "for those about to rock"this grabs you by the balls and dos not let you go what more can you ask for except to have been there

After buying the Future Sex Love Sounds album I thought I would buy the DVD. It is the most amazing concert DVD I have ever watched. Just like other reviewers have said, it is fantastic from start to finish. The atmosphere, the dancers, the music is all spot on. I urge all fans of JT to buy this DVD as you will be watching it again and again and again! My only issue with this DVD is that it makes me wish I was there when it was filmed!! Superb!!!

After buying the Future Sex Love Sounds album I thought I would buy the DVD. It is the most amazing concert DVD I have ever watched. Wagner - Tristan Und Isolde (Barenboim) For me this production by Pierre Chereau of Tristan has no weaknesses and is a great achievement. Ian Storey (Tristan) is an English singer working on the continent who was suddenly catapulted into the role of Tristan (he had never seen the opera) at La Scala in one of the most important productions of recent years, learning the role in an incredibly short period. The result is a very impressive performance, although up until the Act 11 Love duet it feels somewhat a work in progress, however from then on he finds his feet and all is fine. It works so well, makes every song sound more epic than it already is shows that orchestral music can work with rock music. There is an option to turn off the orchestra and I have to be honest, I've never even gone for this option. I find that the orchestra makes it even better. The DVD is the only place you'll get the two new songs - Human and No Leaf Clover (apart from the CD, heh). Once more with Metallica in it's present day deciding to reinvent themselves and when live, playing the older stuff, this is likely to be the last time Metallica release a live DVD with any songs from Load and ReLoad. Robbie came from a boy band to become an international star, not as good as Michael Bubble, But the little note on Robbie's latest album Swing When You Are Winning, told me that it is certainly something to look forward to. Little did I know Robbie is so capable to touch someone with his voice. It surprised me and I couldn't help thinking, Robbie is on the road to super stardom!! Congratulations to a wonderful concert indeed! I gave it a 4 because the disc is somewhat short on features, otherwise I'd have given it a five. I disagree entirely with the reviews of this product.Although nicely performed there are too many similar sounding ballads & unecessary conversation.I found this made very bland viewing.Unless you're a fan of very traditional songs or a die hard folkie i suggest you give this one a miss.

Everyone reviewing this seems to be focusing on the sell-out factor and not THE ACTUAL ITEM. This isnt a radiohead approved release since they parted ways with capitol. All that beside the point it is still a staggeringly beautiful set of songs and visuals. If your a fan of radiohead, you need this. It is a corporate money grab, but its still nice to have all the old videos in one place and the music is still awesome. Radiohead still gets paid if you buy this.
