This is the best documentary of the best band of all time. This access all areas fly-on-the-wall film captures sounds and pictures other documentary makers can only dream about. Albert and David Maysles' documentary is fantastic and fascinating in equal measure. A must for Beatlemaniacs!

Is this really necessary, I won't talk about how bad this DVD is. All I can say is that REAL U2 fans like me would'nt half mind seeing POPmart released on DVD rather than the exctinct VHS.

This DVD is worth it for the last 2 tracks alone. Duets with Zuccero and Sarah Brightman, the rest is a bonus. As for the poor picture quality mentioned in a previous review - it is shot in high contrast - for effect in my opinion. I am a photographer so picture quality is important to me. This is within DVD quality tolerance. Summary: - WONDERFUL - BUY IT.

Michele Knight's method really does make Tarot reading easy. In everyday, straightforward language that everyone can understand, Michele gives insights into Tarot reading that are invaluable for beginners and also for readers with more experience. An excellent starting point for anyone wanting to learn the Tarot.

Even if you're familiar with the original movie, this is well worth getting if you're a fan. The extra disk contains plenty of outtakes and some fine live bits that complement and illuminate the main feature. There's also a booklet containing a painstaking transcript of all the dialogue - not an easy task considering this is a documentary and not a scripted movie. Plus to round it all off there's a little flipbook of the "Subterranean Homesick Blues" video!

Dean and Shiffrin's documentary is a must for anyone interested in the mind behind the story of the main feature, and anyone interested in Selby's written works. The documentary has a thematic organization yet flows smoothly, while covering many aspects of Selby's life, the social context of his works, the obscenity trials, adaptations into films (including several interviews with people who worked on Requiem for a Dream) Interviews with Selby himself and especially footage of Selby reading his works on stage really add to the understanding of his works. The documentary will make you want to go out and read the books if you have not already. I gave this DVD 4 stars because it features Gayle Chapman, Owen Husney, Dez Dickerson and Alan Leeds. Gayle Chapmans' very brief part in Princes very early career succinctly described how, despite her reservations, she was told, "If we're gonna be Superstars then we better act like Superstars! Let's go to breakfast wearing lingerie." And that's how many music superstars are formed, see Ziggy Stardust. I never imagined I would ever hear of her. To me, she could've moved on, got married, had kids, baked apple pie..... Maybe she did. But here she is... Owen Husney... another very early contributer is here, Dez! I thought he'd gone all religious and was busy eating apple pie with Gayle after church on Sunday...... However..... I have read loads of biographies on Prince ... Read More:

The trouble with live releases is that they are obviously arranged and planned in advance, which means that if the band aren't on top form, there's little that can be done about it aside from cheating with studio overdubs. This isn't a bad concert, but there ars certain weak points compared to other live releases in this great band's past. Firstly, Angus Young has a major off-day. His playing turned noticeably and rather suddenly scruffy from 1995's Ballbreaker onwards, and here the solos are scruffy, riddled with missed notes, and even rhythm guitar and riffs suffer similar inaccuracies. When compared to his fluid, precise yet raw bluesy runs of the old days, long-term fans may pick up on this ruefully. Secondly, whilst Brian Johnson cannot be expected to sing like a demon ...
