This documentary DVD nicely follows on from Volume 1 and covers the band's history after Ozzy left. More interviews with band members and full song video clips. Sound and video quality are excellent but ths DVD should not be sold separately from Vol. 1 as they are both very similar and together would make a great double DVD package.

I been an acdc fan for years and have about 14 of their albums. This live performance is great and the music is probably the best live I've ever heard from them. Why oh why has this not been remastered to improve the sound and re-released on dvd? I'm sure there are 10000s acdc fans that would snap up such a dvd....

This entertaining documentary is based round the age old rock n roll conceit that if you sign with a record label and sell records then you've sold out (man), and that if you don't sign (mainly coz no label wants you) then you're a musical genius staying true to your artistic roots. Much as it claims to be impartial, most mainstream reviewers came away from Dig! with the distinct impression that the Dandy Warhols whored their soul in search of the dollar, whereas Anton Newcombe is an angst ridden unsung genius suffering for his art. In fact I lost track of the number of times Anton was described as a genius in this film. The trouble is that he's not. I like the original film, although it's not as good as it could be, but it's the only real documentary of THE guitarist. This remastered version would have been nice upgrade for the original, but fake wide screen (thank you again WB) spoils it totally. I have the original 4:3 and it is 1/3 "bigger" than this fake wide screen versio, which cuts the picture. It makes me really mad why they have to do things like this, because the picture quality otherwise is much better than in the original! Only reason I'm keeping this version is the bonus disc.

As one of the many people who have loved Freddie Mercury for many years, I had a lot of expectation from this dvd. I found it to be a good buy simply because it shows Freddie Mercury in his true light, as a spectacular performer, a talented songwriter and a revolutionary. A great tribute to his life and work.

First of all I am going to start by saying that this DVD isn't worth £15.99. That is why I bought it in the used and new section and I recommend you do the same. I found The Police back in the summer of 2007, when they released their self titled compilation album, which is amazing. I really got into this band and their music is scintillating. I had saw this DVD on this website and then I saw Stewart talking about it, so as an avid The Police fan I thought I would buy it no matter what it was like. I was glad I took the risk because this is definitely worth buying. Overall I think that this DVD is a great insight into the band and there may be things that a lot of older Police fans don't know if they hadn't seen them behind a camera, in the way they ...
