Cars is a brilliently delightfull film. From the moment you watch ti you are left with the feelings of affection for this car. its a really entertaining film were you feel happy one minute and sadered the next. A remarkable film that both adults and children will enjoy.

Malkovich is once again mesmerising as the tragic but memorable Lennie, a simple minded man born into a cruel world. Senise plays his inseparable buddy and guardian, George, and you feel for him as he struggles hard to cope with looking after the difficult Lennie, mainly because the harsh world doesn't have the time or patience to understand such a man whose behavior can be a little worrying and eccentric. The stretched out wheat fields make a great movie landscape and the mood of the era is quite well defined, it seems. Then you come to the humanity of the famous story, the painful humanity that will not leave you, just as the pain will not leave George, who is forced into making an unenviable decision by circumstances you sort of sense coming. A fine DVD of the classic western famous for the witty by-play between Newman and Redford and the luminous photography by the distingushed Conrad Hall,this has some interesting extras,most of all a rarely-seen documentary of the film with fascinating behind the scenes footage, narrated by the director George Roy Hill.PARENTS BE WARNED!! though;Hill comes out with a few choice expletives during his commentary,so it should not be shown to young children.The DVD notes should've made this clearer,but barring this minor quibble it's an excellent all-round package of one of Hollywood's best remembered westerns.

brilliant film i loved it, my little sister has watched about 10 times in one day! it is really good and i recommend it to people!

An enjoyable film , but not as powerful or as moving as the film Amistad in conveying the cruelty and injustice of slavery. Despite this, an enjoyable film, especially the rousing bagpipe rendition of Amazing Grace at the end which was worth the price of the DVD alone.

Season 3 was by far the most entertaining and well-rounded season in the shows history (so far at least, with the 7th season forthcoming). This season captured and brought out in the best of ways all the little traits that make this show what it is. Almost all the episodes of this season can be described as "classics", from the amazing premiere to the fulfilling finale. me and my sister went to see this in cinemas and i certainly enjoyed watching it.the simpsons have gotten better over the years with all their episodes and treehouse of horror shorts and this is the biggest hit of all.i laughed hard at some parts and it was a genius film.the graphics were good,the acting was superb and it featured some action in it.as a fan of the simpsons i am glad i saw this. its a great animated movie and adventure and its popularity has impressed too.futurama may be good but the problem is it dos,ent have futurama the movie in cinemas.the reason i gave this a five star rating is because of all the simpsons charecters and the great scene where it shows itchy and scratchy.i dont understand why some people have rated it 2,3 or 1 star.simpsons ... I have seen all the three installments in the theatres right from my early days of school to college days. It was a great adventure to watch. All three movies have independent stories, but the best of them was the "Last Crusade". However, the first one "Raiders of the Lost Ark" is also good. "The Temple of Doom" is not very interesting. All three movies are the best viewing experience for adventure. However, the DVD pack is not very attractive. This DVD pack contains all three DVDs, with each disc containing special features pertaining to movie, which also includes latest excerpts from interviews with Steven Spielberg and George Lucas. I absolutely love anything and everything pertaining to discworld; I have 2 characters on the Discworld online game, one of which is a newbie helper. I've listened to every single one of the discworld books at least twice, and preordered the Colour of Magic DVD the very second I possibly could. With all that being said, I simply had to get my hands on this movie as soon as I heard it existed. Fortunately, I have a region free DVD player, so I ended up purchasing this region 2 2 disc edition of Hogfather. I can't say enough about how much I love this movie. It remains extremely faithful to the book; in a lot of cases, dialogue is word for word out of the book, something which, at least in my humble opinion, is all to rare in book to movie adaptations.
