I was very concerned in buying the DVD as so many sold pervious version out had average and below average reviews. Sound & Picture When the DVD arrived, it came in a standard DVD case with 1 disc inside and no notes/info. When I played the DVD which offered 3 formats of sound output, 2 channels, 5.1 Dolby and 5.1 DTS. Being a massive 2 channel fan, I found 5.1 Dolby the best sound, then Stereo, then DTS. This was a big surprise to me. The picture Quality was very good. These were the videos I saw as a kid and wanted to see more, it is so great to have them complete! Some are rather poor as "I would die 4 U" is taken from a concert. But the others are the great genuine article and do well to document Prince right from his first hits. If you are a fan it is totally unmissable, if you just like some of his tunes it isn't bad either. What shows best here is the man's tallent.
