What a great DVD to have, unfortunately it wasn't the greatest that I have seen. The Treble DVD was miles better, though it is still fun to look at Chelsea coming second in everything.

Let's face it, most sporting DVDs are just bloody awful - some stock footage cobbled together with a couple of interviews bought off ITV. That's not the case with Joe Calzaghe - My Life Story. Co-produced by Calzaghe himself, this is an intimate portrait of the man himself, with never-seen-before footage of Joe and his family. First proper interactive DVD (since the dull HP), and managing 140 points and trying to Blow Up Hamster (he's in caravan 2 or 3) was great! That's a quick-paced, fun game which has loads of new cars in it. Got that? On an iMac, when you play Head 2 Head, and you choose Team Hammond, it freezes. But the rest was fine. P.S I'd love a Dr Who one!

Yep, same problem here - the challenges are 'interleaved' such that one challenge is interrupted halfway through by the start of the next challenge, which is in turn interrupted halfway through by the resumption of the first challenge, after which the second challenge resumes..... you get the picture. But if this wasn't bad enough, the beginning of each chapter isn't even aligned with the start of a challenge, or even the start of one 'section' of a challenge.... aaaaaargh! Just as well then that the content is so utterly hilarious. BBC please take note and make a better job of presenting "Challenges 2"! It's two-and-a-half stars really - five for content and zero for presentation - but I wouldn't want to put anyone ... Read More:

Reasonable summary of this vintage 6-nations season for Wales but the ending suffers the usual Welsh over-sentimentality and melodrama. The rugby itself is great to watch though!

I have now watched all of Charley Boormans's travel docs, from Long Way Around to the very latest 'By Any Means'. In my opinion, this is by far the best. This is very much a story driven piece - rather than we drive here, then we drive here. In this film we have a personal journey which is equal in intensity to the physical journey from Lisbon to Dakar. NOTE: This is the only one of Charley's docs to have captured the interest of my wife - which is saying something.
