I have bought the DVD about half a year ago and since then I practise the exercises (more or less) on a daily basis - and I note real benefits to my health and state of mind! My hips and back stopped aching, I feel light and strong, relaxed and energised simultanously. The exercises are easy to learn (and to perform) - in one section of the DVD they are described in detail and later on you do the whole routine together with the Barefoot Doctor - I repeated this several weeks until I knew the routine by heart and can do it now every morning on the beach.

This is a very very poor dvd that doesen't do justice to what was a great F1 season in 2003! It is far too short and misses out on lots of exciting bits! It's really not worth the money!

Not as good as i expected to be honest, there is no narrator in the video, very few interviews and behind the scenes footage and the flamboyent entrances into the ring by Naseem are not showed to their full as they are shortened and contain no entrance music. Also, none of the build ups to the fights are shown and worst of all is the limited time it goes on for and the lack of fights that are shown, the last fight seen is against Kevin Kelley in 1996 or 97 (i think) and nothing else after that. 2/5 i'd give it 3/5 if i were to be generous, could have been better.

One of the few TV shows I've missed watching since I left England 2 years ago is They Think It's All Over. The show is HILARIOUS and this DVD brought back all the hilarious highlights of the first 10 years, how could you possibly narrow it down to an hour and a half? There are so many moments that are missing, but none that don't have a right to be there. It's wonderful to re-live the "Lee Hurst interviews" and see his equally motor mouthed replacement, Jonathan Ross, being bitten by a ferret. I was so glad that they also included some of the outtakes - to see Nick Hancock tongue-tied and unable to say his lines was great. This DVD is definitely a must for anyone's collection.

No way out was the last pay per view before mania so some things had to be created to give mania matches that people wanted to see,it all started or continued on from here and no way 2008 serves as a very good event,plenty to talk about and an exciting card before the event even kicked off. The event started with the ECW championship up for grabs,the holder chavo was pitted against cm punk,this match was very good,energetic and skilled,a botched move decided the outcome to what was a great opening encounter. Next up,yes the second match of the night was an elimination chamber with smackdown wrestlers competing,the winner would then get a shot at the world heavyweight championship at mania,we had the undertaker,big daddy v,the great khali,MVP,finlay and batista ...
