I love Buster Keaton! However, only "The General" survives well the passing time. Please note that the CD shows only the old television format, 3x4. It appears that the films originally were recorder in a somewhat broader format.

Very good fight, two Boxers at their peak putting in great performances. Impressed with the DVD as well.

I think that they should have added the Fourth & Fifth Tests on a second DVD, and perhaps they should release the whole series on a three disc boxset. For that you get Ian Botham taking five wickets for one run in twenty-eight balls, then his century at Manchester where he had the temerity to hook Dennis Lillee not only once but twice, considering that Dennis Lillee had a very successful series and year (39 wickets in the series, 85 wickets overall in the year. Only Shane Warne has bettered that.) There is also one priceless piece of commentary and perception made during the Headingley Match that was cut out of the original highlights, and on the DVD. IN this collection you get highlights from three of Clarksons shows; Extreme Machines, Speed and Motorworld (Where is Meet the Neighbours, where he tours Europe?) The shows are very entertaining and interesting. Clarkson is his usual self, I only wish they were the complete series, as so many good bits are missing. Come on BBC, what are you waiting for, give the fans a full release!

OK, to be fair, I can't think of many films I've seen him in, and he was actually pretty good in Mrs Henderson Presents, but he really surprised me in this film. I was half expecting him to make it a bit naff, despite having loved Shane Meadows' other films, but no, it was right up there with the rest, and he did a really excellent job. I'd not really have imagined him playing such a dark and gritty role, but he did so excellently. Bob aside, everyone else in the film was great too, and the filming and story were excellent. A really great, moving, film.
