I have not felt the need to review an amazon item before, but I'm choosing the West Wing to break my duck. The West Wing is the best thing on television by some distance. It can be extremely funny, but it handles pathos better than any show I have seen. The acting is consistently superb and the fast-paced intelligent script writing is what makes the show so unique. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I really loved this boxset and it really is a brilliant end to the show ! Matt Le Blanc has got to be the best actor ever! all in all i abosoloubtly loved it ! I would buy this or the whole boxset for anyone for any occasion ! BRILLIANT ! =D

Its not often I bother to write reviews but I have enjoyed Prison Break so much I just have to write to say its the best tv I have ever seen. I was gripped from start to finish, sat on the edge of my seat and glued to the screen. Brilliant casting, superb acting and amazing writers. The plot twists and turns - its full of adventure along with cliff hangers in each and every episode. Its been worth every penny...I am completely hooked and now a huge fan.

This probably my second faviroute series (after series 3 only) as it contains a mixture of all the charecters rather than just 1 or 2 (ie: series 7 is basicly made up of noone but Monica and Chandler. It contains some of my my faviroute episodes such as TOW Rachels sister which is really funny. A must have for all Friends addicts like me!

This DVD was good value for the price I paid.My son adores all things musical & singalong so I thought this would be great,he really enjoys the songs he knows.However,there are quite a few songs which are not so popular & so he rapidly looses interest.The good thing about this DVD is that you can pick which songs are played.I highly recommend this DVD for children aged 3 & above.My son is a little younger so may explain the lack of interest.Overall an entertaining DVD,but no replacement for Jim Jam & Sunny.

This is as good as all the reviews claim. However we still need to wait for the Shogun Redux version since this is NOT the complete version. There remain many scenes (I recall four vividly) which would deepen and extend the experience; turn it, if you like, from a concerto to the symphony it first was. It is a pity it is described as complete when patently it is not.

Season 8 is another enjoyable run of witty and intelligent humour from Dr. Frasier Crane and friends. This is the season when after all the near misses Niles and Daphne finally get together. The season started strongly by continuing immediately from where Daphne leaves husband-to-be Donny at the altar, to be with Niles. However Frasier is still single and searching for his true soul-mate. The middle of the series was relatively weak as it required the design of stories to accommodate Jane Leeves' (Daphne) real-life pregnancy. However, things got good again by the end of the season. The best episodes were: 'And the Dish Ran Away with the Spoon' (in 2 parts) - what happens next after Daphne and Niles leave Donnie and Mel respectively. ... Read More:

To be honest, I didn't think season 4 would be all that good, what with the death of Marissa Cooper at the end of season 3, I really didn't think the writers would come up with anything like what they did. However, when I started watching season 4, I knew that I was wrong to judge based on what happened last series. This is quite a short season - just 16 episodes, but it's a good one. I totally did not see the romance between Ryan and Taylor coming - if I'm truthful Ryan seemed to get over Marissa quite quickly; I thought he would be mourning and very unsociable for at least half of the series. The last episode had me in tears, at the last line they just came pouring out uncontrollably. Overall, a great season and an unbelievable comeback from season ... Read More:

Generally this adventure has much to recommend it and does, indeed provide an interesting record of the time in which it was made. I came away glad to have watched it but not clear I would watch it again any time soon. Many things grated with me, in no particular order: * WOTAN uses the name Doctor Who explicitly several times which I found grating * The change of companions is abrupt and the story ends just as the new companions enter the TARDIS meaning you miss the trademark 'bigger on the inside' line * The TARDIS prop is looking very tatty (though the last time I saw the Tennant TARDIS it had a hole in!) * The last episode has a huge battle scene with War Machines vs. soldiers which is much too long and somewhat ... this a great box set any simpsons fan it has all the episodes from season 9 the only thing I don't like is the bonus stuff is boring put its still a great box set.
